New Venkatgiri Restaurant

I wonder why people visit this the most third class hotel I ever came accross. Very very third class hotel, families please avoid at any cost. You feel very upset after. The waiters are very annoying and hopeless fellows along with the owner, he didn't even bother about what's going on in that small space they call restaurent. The waiter served us in batches, we ordered same dishes for all, 7 idli wada, first he got 3 sambar 3 chutneys, then 4 plates of idli wada, then 3 pairs spoon, then 2 more idli wada, no sambar no chutney no spoons or fork for remaining, then a few more chutney and sambar, still short of dishes, atlast he got the last plate of idli wada. To all this the owner was listening but didn't even bothered to ask. I was with my family I can't make them embarrassed so left the topic there, just had our breakfast and will never ever visit that third class hotel again. The whole staff and including the owner are very hopeless. He's not serving us free meals, he should be very much aware of this.. One more thing, the fan was not working. The hand wash area stinks with the toilet attached. NEW VENKATGIRI RESTAURENT IS A THIRD CLASS PLACE, DON'T VISIT HERE, ESPECIALLY WITH FAMILY..

The restaurant is famous but the service is worst... They will not even bother about the customers, they speak very rude. The owner is getting nice business so he is neglecting customers, soon they will loose all customers due to their worst service and behaviour!!! All the best

Just see this pic taken at the hotel. Nothing else need to be said. Update 3rd July 2024: My review was 2 years old. Yesterday I thought of giving them a chance to see if anything improved and to my surprise I found the place renovated with decent food. Those ugly jugs have disappeared. I'll be visiting this place often now. Thanks for listening to your customers.

Had a worst experience in it. I visited this place for a dinner with family and went to ac room, * this place consists of centralized ac,but they keep it very low even when crowd is more. * not responding to the complaints of customer regarding ac adjusting. * food is ok * delivery of food is moderate. * To make it more worst they have a single toilet for both mens and womens in ac room. * toilets are not maintained. * price of food is moderate. Its a mandatory to improve it more. For a peaceful and good time to spend I suggest its a wrong place. Old venkat giri is far better than it.

Not good food

Worst place ever, very slow serving and worst atmosphere in the 1 st &2nd floor .the food was good though the servicing and atmosphere made me go crazy . The worst venkatgiri branch in gulbarga .

Excellent food and service

Please don't order paneerburji from this place totally waste of money.
