Suswaad Veg Restaurant

I had a very disappointing experience with Suswaad Function/Party Hall, and I strongly do not recommend it. Honestly, they should consider changing their name from "Suswaad" to "Aswaad." 1) The food quality was extremely poor and absolutely not worth the 250 per plate they charge. The main course was pathetic -- you can easily find much better taste and quality at even smaller or basic function halls for a lower price. 2) The hall is very poorly maintained. The manager and staff were completely indifferent to any concerns. You have to personally chase the manager down to the ground-floor restaurant section for even basic requirements. All the promises made during booking turned out to be false. 3) The lift was not functional, causing significant inconvenience, especially for elderly guests who could not use the stairs. 4) The party hall lacks basic facilities -- there is no sofa for seating during celebrations, and no private room available for changing clothes. 5) The air conditioning was highly ineffective; the hall became uncomfortable and sweaty within minutes during summer. 6) Cleanliness was another major issue. The bathrooms were dirty, and the door locks were broken. Overall, this was one of the worst experiences I have had at any event space. Even basic party/function hall maintain better standards than Suswaad. I would not recommend this venue for any function or gathering.

Worst service, manager is hopeless. Atmosphere is horrible. Food is below average. Fact sheet: I asked for hot and sour soup, they given me tamato soup by making it hot. After complain, service quality deteriorated

Honestly i didn't think it would be a great choice but yeah , i liked the service and food too. Hygiene was also maintained.

Worst service, There were not much customers and still they need more than a hour. And it's must to wait for 20 min just to place your order. If you are planning for a one day picnic its a best place.

Very worst experience..service is very worst n late... food is ok..Ambiance is good..need to improve on service part n food too..

The worst restaurant I have ever seen and servicing doesn't even deserve 1 star,go to the restaurant only if u have too much time and patience,we had to wait for an hour

Food Quality was worst, pathetic service. I ordered Mushroom pulav but don't no what they given still I am in confusion. Disappointed & Not recommended.

Worst restraunt, taken money prepaid, and cancelled the order and did not mentioned the customer about canceeling the order, thus misbehaving with customer and their money
