Welcome Family Restaurant

I ordered a family pack of chicken biryani during a Zomato flash sale, and it was a fantastic deal! The original price was 607, but with a 50% discount and 50 cashback on Amazon Pay, it was an absolute steal. The quantity was amazing--enough to serve six people generously, with leftovers for one more. The chicken was perfectly tender, melting in the mouth like butter, and the flavors were spot on. I absolutely loved their biryani, both in terms of taste and portion size. However, I do have one suggestion: it would be great if the restaurant could use proper boxes for packaging instead of polythene covers, considering health concerns. Overall, an amazing experience, and I'll definitely be ordering again!

"I had an extremely disappointing experience at Welcome Hotel Gulbarga. I specifically ordered a vegetarian meal, but was served a non-vegetarian dish instead. This is not only concerning from a customer service perspective, but it's also a serious issue for those who follow strict dietary restrictions. Such mistakes are unacceptable and show a lack of care for customer requests. The restaurant needs to take greater care in handling orders to ensure guests are served what they ask for. I hope management will look into improving order accuracy, as this experience left me wary of dining here again"

Welcome family restaurant is not a new one to Gulbarga, it is roughly around 80years old restaurant. Earlier it was situated between Meena bazar to super market road, in the masjid complex. As for as food and taste is concerned awesome, no complaints at all. All veriety dishes made here are delicious and tasty. Price wise little bit higher but worth for it's quality.
