We stumbled upon this restaurant while traveling from Sakleshpur to Bangalore and were pleasantly surprised by the serene location. The natural surroundings and outside seating offer a relaxing atmosphere, perfect for taking a break from the journey. The parking is spacious, adding to the convenience for travelers. The food was delicious, with a good variety of vegetarian options. The ambiance truly elevates the dining experience, especially if you're someone who enjoys being close to nature. The only downside was the service in the outdoor seating area. Waiters were not attentive unless specifically called, so be prepared to exercise a little patience. It's something the management should address to enhance the overall experience. If you're not in a hurry and want to enjoy great food with a stunning view, this place is worth a visit. Just keep in mind that a bit of effort might be needed to get the staff's attention

The go-to place always when i travel in this route. The staff serve food faster and food is also really good. There will be people all the time but they also serve fast. There is also shop to buy coffee powder, masala tea powder and ginger powder etc. The parking space is wide and easily accessible

Nice place for a pit stop on the highway. Just before the Ghats on Mangalore highway. Good akki rotti and filter coffee.. chats and snacks as passable. Service is quick, restrooms are clean. Can also shop for local specials at the shops located here.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at this restaurant and was blown away by the outstanding service provided by Captain/Service Manager, the guy in blue shirt, white face. If you're looking for a top-notch dining experience with exceptional service, look no further than this restaurant and ask for Captain/Service Manager . They will take care of you like royalty! Outstanding Service!!!

I had a very disappointing experience at Ossur Hotel near Sakleshpur. First, the pricing was outrageously high for the quality of food served. Despite the "Pure Veg" board outside, which led us to believe we would get fresh and tasty vegetarian food, the taste was far from satisfying. The dishes lacked flavor and were poorly prepared, making the whole meal feel like a waste of money. The portion sizes were also smaller than expected, considering the steep prices. What frustrated me the most was the deceptive nature of the restaurant. The "Pure Veg" sign seemed like a marketing tactic to attract customers, but the food did not live up to that promise. To make matters worse, the service was slow and indifferent, with staff showing little concern for customer satisfaction. Overall, I would strongly advise against dining at Ossur Hotel. It felt like a complete rip-off, and I left feeling cheated. There are much better, reasonably priced options in the area where you can enjoy authentic and tasty meals. Definitely not recommended for anyone looking for quality food and value for money.

Nice ambient place. Visited here while on the way to Hassan. Ordered masala dosa and bajji and at last tea. Masala dosa taste was good but bajji taste was not good. Tea taste was excellent really was nice. Price is bit high but ok type. Good parking place. Washroom is also good n clean.

One of the best places in Hassan - sakleshpur highway for breakfast.. We took idli akki roti vade and chow chow bath.. All were literally good. But the sambar was lip smacking.. Kudos to it.. Ended with one solid filter coffee
