Had Idli Sambar Dip, Khara Pongal and Pineapple Kesari Bath. All were decent in taste and quality, quantity were good. Went to try Halbai but was over when visited. Finally ended with a cup of Horlicks which was nice. Prices are quite reasonable for a highway side Restaurant. Nothing overwhelming about this place and Ambience is fine. One of the best vegetarian restaurants I have been till date. The entrance of the restaurant welcomes you with temple pillars which is a unique experience. The ambiance is really good and food that is being served here is just amazing . We tried few dishes and all were really delicious . Ample parking space for both two and four wheelers. Clean restrooms which is outside the restaurant. You will also see Coorg spices at the entrance of the restaurant. Don't miss to taste the pan which at the entrance of the restaurant really good one to taste. Definitely a must visit spot for family and friends. Happy eating

It's a wonderful eating destination towards Nandi Hills. We had breakfast with Masala Dosa, it was as delicious as it could have been. The Dosa was very crispy as required, and the masala inside was also very flavourful. I highly recommend it.

Review of Dishes 1. Akki Roti The akki roti was served with two chutneys: a coconut chutney in authentic Karnataka style and a ginger-garlic chutney with an Andhra flair. Both accompaniments complemented the roti beautifully, and the roti itself was prepared to perfection. I would rate this dish 8.5/10 for its authenticity and flavor. 2. Halbai (Ragi, Rice, and Badam Varieties) The halbai selection was outstanding. Each variety was perfectly balanced in sweetness and consistency, showcasing the chef's expertise. The ragi, rice, and badam halbai were simply delicious, and I couldn't have asked for better. This dish deserves a 9.5/10 rating. 3. Chai I had chai here on four occasions. While the flavor and aroma were excellent, the temperature varied--twice the chai was not served hot enough. When served hot, it was enchanting, and even the cup and saucer added charm to the experience. I would rate the chai 8.5/10 for the inconsistent temperature and 9.5/10 for the hot servings. 4. Bisi Bele Bath The Bisi Bele Bath was exceptional, surpassing even the famed dish at Rameshwaram Cafe. It was flavorful, perfectly spiced, and left a lasting impression. This dish is a must-try, and I would rate it 9/10. 5. Sweet Pongal I had the opportunity to try the Sweet Pongal during Sankranti, and it was delightful. It was perfectly prepared, with a rich and balanced taste that truly stood out. This dish also deserves a 9/10 rating. 6. Papdi Chaat The papdi chaat we ordered was quite different from what I've tasted before, and I absolutely enjoyed the unique flavor profile. It was delicious, fresh, and well-balanced in taste. I would rate this dish 8.5/10. Unique Sankranti Celebration During our visit on Sankranti, the restaurant added a thoughtful and unique touch by serving Ellu Bella, a traditional offering in Karnataka made with a mix of sesame seeds, jaggery, peanuts, and other ingredients. This gesture not only highlighted the festive spirit but also showcased the restaurant's dedication to preserving and celebrating local traditions. It was a memorable experience and truly set this place apart. Service Excellence I would like to highlight the outstanding service provided by Ms. Shashi. Her hospitality, attention to detail, and genuine care for customers truly made our visit memorable. She ensured we were comfortable and even arranged for a complimentary serving, which was a thoughtful gesture. Her dedication deserves special recognition. Overall, this restaurant offers a wonderful dining experience, combining authentic flavors, unique touches, and excellent service. A Delicious Pit Stop on Chikballapur Highway! Rating: 4/5 I stopped by The Srisailam Veg restaurant on 19th January 2025, while traveling to Isha Foundation, and I'm so glad I did! This was my first visit, and I was impressed by the good taste, variety of options, and well-maintained ambiance. I ordered the Sajje Dosa, Akki Roti, Navane Roti, Halbai sweet, and Lemon Tea. Each dish was delicious and lived up to my expectations. The service was prompt, and the staff were friendly. If you're traveling on Chikballapur Highway, I highly recommend stopping by The Srisailam Veg for a satisfying and delicious meal. Parking available in plenty. Will I return? Definitely! One of the best vegetarian restaurants after Devanahalli airport towards Hyderabad, located opposite to Empire, Desi Masala and Adyar Ananda Bhavan. What makes the place special is their ambience. A temple kind of set up, breeze flows through this place easily, enough parking space, clean washrooms. We tried Ghee Masala Dosa - 5/5, very nicely roasted and enough ghee is applied unlike some other restaurants who over pour the ghee. We also tried Rava idly- 4/5. Service is good and quick enough.

We ordered 2 dosas and coffee; Dosa was so soft and coffee was very good. The atmosphere was amazing. The service was excellent, no doubt, and it was well-maintained. It's a must-visit while heading towards Nandi Hills

Irresponsive staff. The cutely in which they served food was broken. When I complained to the waiter he had no manners and left the table without serving food quarrelling with us. Over hyped place. Price is also too high!
