Specifically, the salt content in both the dosa and the accompanying chutney was excessively high, making them quite unpleasant to eat. In addition to the food quality, the service I received was also notably slow, which further detracted from my dining experience. Furthermore, I was surprised to be charged an additional 5 rupees for cold drinks. When I questioned this extra charge, the behavior of the hotel staff towards customers, including myself, was rude and unhelpful. This type of interaction is certainly not what I expect from a reputable establishment. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and investigate these issues.
