Chickpet Donne Biryani House Malur

Very disappointed with my experience. They served me chicken that was clearly not fresh -- it tasted like it was from the previous day. Even after I informed the staff, there was no response or apology, which made the situation worse.

Except biriyani rice everything is worst. No proper caring for customers. I doubt it is an original chickpet donne biriyani house. So sad.

Worst service ever, me and my friend ordered for 2 different types of biryani. I got mine was hungry and started to eat. Finished eating and the other Biryani had still not come, waited for another 20 min left in disappointment tried talking to the servers nobody cared

Sad to see such a lovely brand give such ban experience. The quantity was too little, and taste was blank. And the kebab had bones in it lot of wastage pieces. The mutton biryani had only skin and bones no meat.

Worst hotel.... We ordered chicken 65 they gave me chicken curry... Also food quality is Worst very old chicken they have given to us...Worst part is they won't take it back... Forcefully asking to pay money .... Very very very worst hotel....

I frequently visit this hotel for lunch/ Dinner. I liked the quality and taste of the food here...my favorite dish in this hotel is Biryani. I didn't like the service because sometimes waiters didn't care to come and check for order even after 10 min of being seated. Today 17/2/24 It was even bad experience , waiter was deeply involved in phone probably watching reels on loud speaker . I think he didn't even notice customers came inside..Hotel Owner to focus on this... Except service rest everything is good
