Very small hotel, not that appealing but it's best in terms of food and hygiene. We had homely rice meals here at just 70. I had my doubts about food seeing the building. But went in seeing so many positive Google reviews....glad to say wasn't disappointed. Fresh home cooked meals and friendly staff!! It was amazing. They also have a small restroom. Even that's kept clean. Will definitely visit again.
Old rustic place serving hot hot malnad Akki Rotti. Served with chutney and sagu, it's definitely a must try when passing by. Also do try the kadabu.
We had an unplanned visit at this place while travelling from Mangalore to Bangalore. They serve awesome Akki rotti with curry and Chutney. This is a small eatery son after you finish the ghats while travelling from Mangalore.
This is excellent. We 4 ordered 1 rotti ata time and shared, likewise we each will get hot pcs and finish off before it becomes hard. While it is hot it is good to eat.
A place too easy to miss. But make sure not to miss this place. One of the best food you will ever have. Missed akki rotti by few minutes. We had meals and it was toooo good. Rice, Sambar, Palya, Rasam with pickle. And ending the sumptuous meal with spicy butter milk. All that for Rs.70. The owner and staff are super friendly and serve with a smile on their face. The way they treat the customers is awesome. They definitely need to up the hygiene. Parking is a little difficult because of the road work happening.
Too good food, a place not to miss if you are near sakleshpura. The Akki rotti, majjige, hasiru Khara chatni and not to miss the Kalale uppinkai....too good! Thank you to the humble owners for good food and hospitality It's a basic place that serves authentic Akki Roti and palya. Must eat here if you are visiting or passing through Sakleshpur
Very tasty akki roti, awesome sambar. A very small place run by a family, but taste wise it's really good. Highly recommended. Road construction is going on ,so difficult to locate.
Best place for Akki Roti in Sakleshpur! Been going there for almost a decade and they even give half cooked rotis if you want to take parcel whilst traveling so you can prepare hot ones yourself at home. Must try place if you're visiting or passing thru Sakleshpur
