Had been with friends. Loved d service. Loved d place. Fish curry was good. Duck n rabbit meat needs extra care while cleaning n cooking. Squid cleaning needs to be done properly. All d people came had stomach issue. It's been 2nd day v r on medications. Toddy 1st round was awesome. 2nd round seems to be diluted For service n ambience 5 star. Food 2 star

A sweet little place to sample a drink that is culturally significant in South Canara, Toddy. The place has individual booths that can seat upto 8 ppl each. The service was very prompt as we went on a weekday morning. They have fancy wireless buzzers that get you immediate service. The food is lovely (though the quantity of tawa fried silver fish we ordered was tiny). The Toddy is very nice and worth the drive till the Talapady check post. The owner, Uday is very interactive and will explain every query in detail.

The service of the food is late because of the crowd. chicken item preparation is average, sea food tastes fresh and good. Chicken kebab, prawns, squid, silver fish are good among the ones i tried. Separate seating arrangements are made for family and friends. It's like a cabin. Overall a good place to visit if you are a toddy lover.

Both outdoor and AC indoor seating is available. When I visited there were 6 varities of toddy. Pineapple is best one. However you can taste and select the best one you like. No much parking space available. Food is tasty and the management is nice. Seperate washrooms available for men and women. The Toddy House is well designed and would like to go there again. We visited 6 adults and 2 kids, cost was around 3k. Toddy cost was just 500 for 6 people ..

We tried 3 toddy drinks. Palm, coconut and mango ginger. Perfectly chill. Good taste. Fermentation smell is quite evident. Manager even explained everything from scratch. Giving us all we need to know about the drink.
