Bombay Lucky Restaurant (BLR)

Zero service sense, staff is rude as hell. They won't ask you if you are done or not, will unilaterally hand over the bill without asking. Also, they charge extra for the AC rooms, which is fine but do mention that in the menu as well. Asked the waiter for tissues and that guy disappeared. They just serve their friends well and will ignore you even when you are in the middle of giving your order. Felt bad, overall food taste was nice but with service, it is not worth in a million years.

I happened to visit for business meet, ended up experiencing the rooms, food and the restaurant service Biryani was good with Kerala style masala. Chicken Kabab was good, i found it little bland as it was not spicy according to my taste buds. Sulaimani Tea or Lemon tea was good. We also got parcel to eat during our return journey. Tandoor Roti - 8/10 Chicken Masala - 9/10 Mutton Sukka - 8/10 Biryani rice was good - 9/10 Overall good place to host small gatherings and rooms are also well maintained for family and business travelers. Also tried shawarma and Belgian ice cream at their other outlet in Hampankatta very close to Managalore Central Railway station and City Centre Mall.

I had ordered from this place on Zomato, and the food was out of this world. By this i mean, literally out of the world. Because on earth, no human should eat it. I doubt even aliens would recomment it. I had a terrible experience with my order from this place. The food was extremely poor quality, to the point where I suspected it might have been leftover.

I think this restaurant is overrated. Mutton Biryani was not the best. Chicken fry was tasteless (on the inside) and I couldn't eat it properly. Mint Lime was decent. I've have better at other restaurants. Also, the whole restaurant has so many flies. Not hygienic at all. Very disappointed. Today was my first experience and it did not go well.

Had a worst experience, there was crazy amount of fungus in chicken manchurian item that we ordered. And when we told the waiter he took it back and we spoke about this issue with the cashier. Cashier told us that it was masala that didn't get cooked well, but actually it was fungus that had a very bad smell and grey dotted powder with a small worm. It was such a dirty place to eat food . I felt like I should have taken a picture before giving it to waiter .

For us, the food here was average and reasonably priced. The place offers both AC and non-AC seating options.

The rooms were cleaned and maintained. I think the charges are worth the rooms . There is even a decent amount of parking space . You can also have good food from their restaurant . Overall this is a good place to reside and have food .
