Golden Dine Family Restaurant

Ordered veg biriyani as we are practicing vritham that we are not supposed to consume non veg. Though they gave chicken biriani instead of veg biriani. Irresponsible behavior of management and staff is unable to tolerate.

Disappointed with Service and Food Quality I recently visited this restaurant, and my experience was far from satisfactory. I ordered some starters, but the waiter seemed clueless about the dishes and had to send someone else to assist. When I specifically requested medium spicy food, I was assured it would be, but what I received had no spice at all. To make matters worse, the air conditioning in the restaurant wasn't working, making the environment uncomfortable. Although the food was served on time, there was no proper service or attention to customers. Overall, it was a disappointing experience, and I wouldn't recommend this place unless they improve their service and quality control.

Worst hospitality, we visited 3 time but they are very late and irresponsible to deliver food. We are too disappointed about this restaurant.

Very noisy, no chill people they speak alot and staff are worst we had order rice n fried chicken and got no sauces no well staff so we had to request and then they realized they were supposed to give but they forgot, juice was even way bad tasteless and people there kept looking at girls and staff were very irritated when serving food poor hygiene on handwashing area

HERE YOU GET THE TASTIEST SHAWARMA EVER WITH DECNT PRICE..BUT THE THING IS THEY DONT UNDERSTAND WHAT DISHES WE ARE SAYING AS IF LIKE CLULESS..BUT THE TASTE OF FOOD IS EXECELLENT..CHICKEN ALFAM IS MUST RECOMMENDED..

I ordered Full grill but they are given only off grill this is unexpected iam not happy with that this is bad service
