Hotel Maya International

Worst experience. Asked for coffee at 7AM., supplied TEA at 8AM. Asked time for breakfast 730AM was answer., but restaurant opened at 815AM No communication among the staffs. Each one respond in their own way. Nothing in display about timing.

I recently stayed at Maya International Hotel, and it was a terrible experience. The room I was given was absolutely disgusting, with cracked and poorly maintained ceilings (see attached photo). The overall cleanliness was way below acceptable standards for the 2,500 I paid. To make matters worse, the room service was appalling. The staff were unresponsive and seemed indifferent to guest concerns. I expected much better quality and service for the price. I strongly advise avoiding this hotel if you care about cleanliness and good service

Food was the only good thing about this place. Rooms were just average. Very expensive for the cost they claim, not worth it. Can get better rooms for the cost they give. Washroom sinks and washrooms not that clean. Wi-fi did not work at all. Also some staff need to know how to be polite and professional while responding to any queries and clarifications. Seemed to be very rude- not all staff though. As a first timer, not a pleasant experience.

Had great stay at this place. They have good Veg and Non Veg food.... especially thali is a must try here.

Nice location with ample parking .. Service is top class , all the staff are humble, well behaved and attentive.. Dishes both veg & non-veg are super in taste and quantity.. Value for money.. Liquor also is served..

Hotel Maya international - There is boarding and lodging and also restaurant here - I visited here to attend a family function which was in the banquet hall - Decent enough spacing to conduct a event for approx 150 to 200 guests.. - Food will be cooked Inhouse, outside catering is not allowed - Events like birthdays, engagement, Mehindi function can be conducted here.. - Parking is bit difficult when it is crowded
