Pallkhi restaurant one in mangalore city has one of the best ambience with classy sporty awesome look. We have been here along with my family for the lunch on weekdays, since it was long standing old restaurant we expected to have a great meal. We started with murgh banjara kebab which was tasted staled very old and marinations literally come out from the chicken pieces while server serving the dish surprisingly too bad. Chicken malai tikka again it was not rich creamy or buttery, didn't tasted well like malai Kids had a vegetable noodles it was kind of tasted average. For the main course we had manglorean silver fish curry and it was watery, tasteless , flavored kind of funny, not authentic at all... We had only few bites with the Neer dosa. Service was pushy, waiter who took the order looked gentle but again not kind enough. Presentation of the food is not pleasant, looking at the quality of the food and service not the worth place to dine in. May be I would choose this place to have one quick chilled beeer!! Overall clean restaurant with fantastic ambience, we greatly disappointed with the poor service, and poor food. Free parking and Valet parking is available.

Pls try their mutton Biriyani, chicken chatapata and mutton banarasi. Quality and quantity is top notch. It's slightly over priced in terms of the pricing when compared to other restaurants in mangalore. However I guess the pricing is justified considering the quality of food and this establishment serving customers in mangalore since so many years now. One of the must visit restaurants when in mangalore. The caramel custard is not as it was once upon a time, I found it very sweet and highly favored with Vanilla essence. But yes no complains otherwise. Pls give your cars for valet parking, as you can get fined by the police in case you decide to park your cars anywhere on the main road

This restaurant is highly overrated and fails to offer value for money. The service was subpar, with our order of crispy chicken taking 45 minutes to arrive, only to be overcooked and burnt. The mutton lacked freshness, further diminishing the dining experience. While the staff acknowledged our complaints, the overall quality and taste of the food remained disappointing. Additionally, they charge more than twice the MRP for bottled water and soda, making the pricing unjustifiable.

This restaurant is an old favorite of mine. And the food quality has been maintained so well since so many years. Chicken chatpata, squid butter lemon Garlic is a must try. Fish items are superb. The service provided by Mr.Praveen was filled with warmth and was very accommodating. Despite us being late they had a smile in their service.

One of top notch places in heart of Mangalore to have amazing tasty food. Very professional & proactive staff. listed menu can be bit pricy but worth for money spend for good quality food . Keep it up guys

I truly enjoyed my dining experience at this restaurant, where the food, ambiance, and service all came together to make it a perfect outing. For starters, I ordered the Chicken Manchow Soup, which came with crunchy noodle garnishes. The soup was flavorful and comforting, not too spicy, and just the right choice to begin the meal. For the main course, I went for the Chicken Biryani. It was a delightful dish, with tender chicken pieces and perfectly cooked rice. The portion size was generous and enough to share between two people. Also note that the food is halal here. For drinks, I tried the Grape Mojito. While it had a good flavor, I wasn't quite comfortable with the many grape seeds that interrupted the drink. However, the Citrus Cup Mocktail was refreshing and tangy, and my favorite of the lot was the Summer Rain Mocktail, which was delicious and well presented! To end on a sweet note, I ordered the Pallkhi Classic Touch dessert, which was a delightful treat, reminded me of the gadbad ice cream. It's perfect for sharing between two people, and it was a satisfying way to conclude the meal. The restaurant itself is hygienic, air conditioned, and has friendly, well mannered staff who make you feel welcome. Overall, this is a wonderful fine dining spot where you can enjoy a great meal with family or friends, creating lasting memories over lunch or dinner.

Good food and service. The staff, Praveen, Salomi and Selena were thoughtful and friendly. Praveen ensured he gave personal attention to each member of our group and served them what they liked. The rooftop ambience is always nice. The vegetarian dishes were nice but could be a little better. All the best to the team.
