Customer Reviews & Testimonials
The chicken smelled absolutely rancid, The chicken was absolutely stinking, emitting a putrid odor that was impossible to ignore. When I brought it to the staff's attention, they seemed unconcerned and even argued that it was perfectly fine. Their blatant disregard for the obvious issue with the food left me feeling disgusted and questioning their commitment to basic food safety standards.
Food is attractive only in pictures, in real the food is tasteless Veey bad experience When we go with family and friends
Great food, slow service. Must haves: Al Faham Chicken, Lemon Mint Cooler, Muskmelon Juice.
We went to this place named savoury restaurant in mangalore. From the moment we walked in till the time we paid the bill, the experience was pathetic. We started by ordering - hot n sour chicken soup 1/2 The soup was not seasoned well, on top of it, the chicken tht was there in the soup was spoiled, upon informing the manager ''he said its the same soup we have served from morning to so many guests none of them complained'' Second dish tht we ordered was - pepper chicken BBQ The dish looked good from top it was served with garlic mayo and hummus along with pita bread. We ate 2 pieces and while having the 3rd piece i saw the chicken was uncooked ( i have attached the uncooked chicken picture below) How on an earth someone can serve an uncooked chicken. Again we informed the manager and he said sir ''ek doh piece raw nikal jata hai utna koi dikat nai hai, andar se replace krke deta hu (he said it happens sometimes tht 1-2 piece can be raw, not a big deal, i will get it replaced) These people are playing with the lives of the guests who come there to dine. Its highly dangerous to serve a raw/undercooked chicken. If u see the image the chicken is completely red from inside, blood can be seen in it. High chances of food poisoning can happen. Their license should be suspended immediately & FSSAI Should take strict action against them. I also ordered for a - biryani rice Image is attached below for reference, can someone please help me out by letting me know from which angle that rice is looking like a biryani rice. Absolutely bland, only salt and little turmeric can be found. No flavour absolutely horrible & horrendous taste -Murg angara tikka I thought they would not mess with this dish but they did. An absolute classic dish they served in a disaster way. It was too hard and dry meat to eat for Also the marination did not taste like murg angara, I could only feel the taste of cloves in it. The mint chutney served on the side was another hopeless dish. It Tasted stale , one can make out from the colour itself. The only decent dish was - ghee rice Which we ate with pickle and left from tht place. Never going back to that place again The kitchen team doesn't know how to cook and give flavor to the dishes. The service staff have zero guest skills. Value for money is zero, because u pay for something that u can't eat. Road side dhabas are far better in terms of everything compared to this restaurant Seating chairs are wobbly and makes noises while u adjust yourself when you sit. It gives a notion that it can break anytime while u are seated on it
I went with my family to have lunch, first we ordered soup manchow soup was nice but mutton soup was tasty was they put a lot of ghee in it and we ordered dragon chicken and biriyani ,dragon chicken was so good best i had in my life and we ordered dajjaj mashwi and we waited like 20min for that and when i asked about it he said machine is broken so order is not reached to cook and atlast we ordered a barbeque and it was nice They have best ambiance, hygenic but the problem is with waiter after he took order from us he didn't look back to us whether we need anything or no he just went to other customers for everything we were forced to repeat our order to the person bringing food. The person who brings food(not the waiter,he wanders here and there)was presenting food with smile(best person i saw in savoury). Managers, Kindly check on your waiters because no other customers should be ignored just like me Thank you
We ordered Chicken Spicy Sizler and one of their in-house special Chicken pan fry served with hamoos, kaboos and garlic sauce. The taste was great and quality of food and service was upto the standard. I highly recommend this place for foodies.
The food is great, but the service needs to be improved, rude and un attentive staff. You need to get out of the table to call the staff if u need to order.
You'll get the tastiest food here which is worth the price. The quantity and quality of the food was up to the mark. Best place to have Arabian food. Mutton biriyani was awesome when compared to the Hyderabadi chicken Biryani. The murg angara was the spiciest one and the bbq was mid spicy. The mocktails we ordered were Watermelon Mojito and Mint Lime juice which were again too good.
