A Cafe Story

Cafe Stories in Manipal offers a good variety of food options, and they have a separate menu for some bowls prepared at Bowl and Beyond. On our visit, I ordered the Paneer Tikka Masala bowl from this special menu, and my friend chose the Chicken Shanghai Chinese bowl and the Chicken Schezwan Fried Noodles from their regular offerings. We also shared an order of Fries. While Cafe Stories boasts a diverse menu, I was personally disappointed with my Paneer Tikka Masala bowl. It unfortunately didn't meet my expectations in terms of taste and wasn't a satisfying dish for me. Adding to the less-than-ideal experience was the fact that the prices at Cafe Stories felt quite expensive. Considering the quality of the Paneer Tikka Masala bowl, I didn't feel it was worth the price. My friend also didn't enjoy their Chicken Shanghai rice bowl but the Chicken Schezwan Fried Noodles was good itseems. The Fries we shared were standard. Come here on Wednesday so that you can enjoy the Offers . Beyond the food, the atmosphere at Cafe Stories is what truly makes it special. It has a really amazing vibe that's hard to describe - you just have to experience it.The decor, lighting, music, overall feel creates such a welcoming, cozy, vibrant, relaxing ambiance.

Had been here to try something different n d food was quiet good.. we tried their Nashville burger, smokey bbq chicken burger, chicken tenders n their chicken peri peri fries every dish was upto d mark

The place had a good atmosphere, with the walls adorned with pop culture references and posters appealing to the teenage mind. Peri peri fries were flavorful with a just a hint of spice. The ice cream on brownie had crunchy bits of brownie that enhanced the overall experience through texture. The fries were crispy, although the flavour could be better. All in all, a decent place to visit with friends for good food.

I recently visited Cafe Story for the first time and had a mixed experience. The service was great, the staff was friendly, and the vibe was fantastic. However, the food didn't quite meet expectations--it was served cold, which was a bit disappointing. I'm not sure if it was a one-off issue or a regular occurrence, but it did affect the overall experience.

We visited the place based on a recommendation from a relative. It was pretty empty when we stopped over here for lunch. The eatery can seat around 30 pax across the two shops. They have a wide variety of items on their menu, spread over burgers, sandwiches, pasta, fries, salad, rice bowl, tandoor, chinese, arabian, etc. We tried the following: Chicken Hyderabadi Bowl, Chicken Manchow Soup, Veg Manchow Soup, Nashville Chicken Burger, Juicy Messy Burger, Burnt Garlic Egg Noodles, Paneer Dirty Bird Fries. For beverages, we tried Kiwi Lemonade, Raspberry Lemonade, Lycheenilla, Orange Lime. The service took 15-20 mins. Burger was served first followed by Soup and other dishes. The chicken manchow soup was really good but the veg manchow soup had less salt. The burgers were really good. The Hyderabadi Chicken Rice bowl was spicy. The Burnt Garlic Egg Noodles was okay. Overall, the taste was good and we liked it. The price is also not very heavy on the pocket and apt for the price. Our bearer was very friendly and helped with suggestions. They have the adjoining shop serving rice bowls where you can choose rice (plain/ghee/jeera) or roti (plain/butter) served with choice of curry. You can customise it to make it boneless chicken at an additional cost. The only thing we felt lacking was they didn't have a rest room, making it challenging for those who come from a distance. Overall, a must visit place while in Manipal and I would give it a try again in future.

The food here is simply amazing! From the mouthwatering pastas and fresh salads to the juicy burgers and flavorful tacos, every dish is a delight. The restaurant is clean and well-maintained, and the staff is incredibly polite and helpful.

This cafe is my happy place. The service was top-notch and the food was even better.
