MIT Food Court-1

Lovely place and feels good to see all the young crowd. It is a self service place and everyone looks very comfortable with this. Clean well maintained and staff are courteous. Was there for breakfast which was filling and most of all economical

Vast spacious...This food court for MIT students and MIT staff... Ground floor they serve vegetarian Thali ,on first floor they have wide variety of food...

The place is well maintained and spacious. The system there is more like a hostel mess. But the atmosphere is good, air conditioned and spacious. There is veg and non veg option, thought some day you cannot actually find non veg for some meal. The food quality is also good, keeping in mind that it is more or less like a hostel food. But in upstairs there are food courts, where we can order some and food and eat.

I eat lunch here almost everyday and the atmosphere and ambience is the best part. It's very spacious and the food is hygienic and cheap

Pathetic mess. juniors please go to FC2 or one of the other messes run by TIK. In the 1st month when parents are here FC1 serves decent food but from there onwards the quality goes to absolute trash. Undercooked chicken, Hard Roti, fungus on bread, and tasteless food. TIK is way better in comparison. Most peeps I know left FC1 within the 3rd month. The food in FC2 was Tasty all year round. If you ask nicely polite staff in the TIK messes will give extra chicken/egg but FC1 staff is rude af. Also the A-La carte menu in FC2 vs FC1 is incomparable. FC 2 A La Carte is a proper 4 star restaurant, while FC1 will served burned pizzas and rude asshole staff refuse to accept their mistake.

Freaking HUGE when compared to the KMC food court! The quality of food is significantly better than KMC one. The structure is innovative and pleasing to look at. At first I thought the structure was a huge taco (because it's a food court, duh) but turns out that it's shaped like a giant book. It has nice view of MIT from above.

The food is okay. The chappatis have too much flour on them and the daal has a lot of water but the taste is not bad. There are shops on the first floor from where you can buy food and eat whatever you want, just in case you don't like what's provided in the menu.

Food here is much better than any other ordinary hostel of other colleges. Food is made in clean and hygienic environment. Veg and non-veg sections are separated very nicely. People who work here are very gentle and polite.
