Customer Reviews & Testimonials
Absolutely loved the vibe here! The ambience is just perfect - open spaces, chilled-out vibes, and greenery around that instantly lifts your mood. The service was spot on - super quick and very polite. But the real star? The food. Oh my god, the taste was just unforgettable! Still can't get over how good it was. Must-visit if you're in Manipal!
Really nice place brunch place with good food. Looks pretty with openness and greenery surrounding the place. The vibe is completely college going kids completing their projects, but still good The coffee was fine but the food was good. We called for chicken fried fringes, potato chips and spaghetti It was good
Roy's Cafe, located in the heart of Manipal, offers a cozy ambiance with minimalist white walls, creating a relaxed vibe. Popular among students, it serves good coffee, desserts, and continental dishes, though the food might feel a bit bland for spice lovers. Perfect for those preferring milder flavors. The converted house design adds charm, and ample parking is a bonus. While slightly pricey, it's a great spot to hang out with friends. Clean washrooms are a plus!
Roy's Cafe is a great spot for brunch, dinner, or just grabbing a cup of coffee. Worth visiting for its ambiance and food!
Outdoor seating is good, place is pleasant. Located a bit away from main road makes it accessible as well as peaceful.
Firstly to start with the ambience which is a very good place for people to chill with their friends, for dates or even work. It has an open seating area which is very pleasant and peaceful. About the service, they have a very quick service, the staff is also friendly and good. Coming to the food part, we had ordered Chicken Stroganoff, Spaghetti Aglio E Olio Pasta, Cajun Marinated Fried Chicken, Vietnamese Coffee and Caramel Frappe. For dessert we had their Eclair. Their Cajun Marinated Fried Chicken is just too good, it's a MUST TRY 10/10 The Chicken Stroganoff and Spaghetti Aglio E Olio Pasta were also very tasty, they had a thick gravy 8/10 The Vietnamese Coffee was very refreshing 8.5/10 The Caramel Frappe was also good 7.5/10 The Eclair was mid, not as good as expected but not bad too. 6.5/10
After a much long wait we were finally able to visit this house turned cafe. The open setting along with the downpour created a great ambience to dine in and savor their delicious food. We started by digging into an appetizer - potato wedges and dynamite sauce. The sauce could have been better. Next we moved on to the main course - Roasted Chicken Thigh with Mustard Sauce and Grilled Cottage Cheese with Bell Pepper Puree. Both were really good and appreciable. Lastly we tried their white chocolate doughnut for dessert. This was the best of the lot. The white chocolate just melts in your mouth. The price is on the expensive side though. This place is definitely worth a visit!
Lovely place in Manipal to hang out with friends or family. Tried the pastas , sandwiches and fries, they were delicious... A bit on the expensive side. The ambience is peaceful and quiet and perfect for a relaxing evening.
