Hotel Prarthana

Situated along the highway, Prarthana is a convenient stop for a meal. I visited for lunch and tried the Ghee Roast and Kolhapuri Chicken. While the Ghee Roast had the right flavors but felt slightly undercooked, the Kolhapuri Chicken was the highlight--perfectly spiced and packed with flavor. The restaurant offers both AC and non-AC seating, though the AC section was non-functional during my visit. Service was quick, and the staff was polite. Overall, a decent place for a meal, especially if you're craving some flavorful Indian dishes.

This place offers both veg and non veg varieties. We stopped here on our way back from Murdeshwar. The place has plenty of sitting options, fairly decent service with quantity of dishes being quite good. We had ordered Veg dishes here though all around us mainly people were ordering Non Veg dishes with some amazing portion sizes. We had ordered couple of Veg main course mainly Dal Fry, Paneer Butter Masala and both were good along with Butter Roti and Curd. The prices are decent too given that it's a proper Hotel. They serve in traditional Thali's so don't look for presentation here but overall a decent restaurant to hop in for a quick meal.

Hotel Prarthana in Murudeshwar offers both veg and non-veg options, but the experience was a mixed bag. The fish thali was just average, though the prawns ghee roast stood out with its flavorful richness. Unfortunately, the veg fried rice was overly salty, and the paneer kadhai didn't quite live up to expectations. The salty dishes did dampen the mood, but hopefully, they'll improve on this next time. Overall, the experience was decent but could use some refinement.

It's ok ok restaurant. A good choice to grab breakfast if you are in a hurry. Taste was also k k. Had Mangalore bun but wasn't soft as I expected.masala dosa and plain ghee dosa is good.

Very bad Food. Ordered chicken clear soup and got some left over chicken mixed in hot water. Chicken intestine found in the soup. Even after complaining about the quality of the food restaurant staff just ignored it.

I'm giving this rating purely for the well minded waiters. I left my phone here today after dinner and they promptly returned it to me after they found it. Lovely gesture after I thought I'd lost it for good.

Worst Punjabi thali ever I had in my life Not even a single item from thali taste good except rice. Service is very poor

The food seems to be ok but the service is very bad. You will end up spending more than 1hr here as orders takes very long time.
