The food at this place is absolutely excellent--consistently delicious and never disappointing. It's our go-to spot when we crave something great to eat. However, the service is a major drawback. It's often very slow, and there have been times when we've waited over an hour after ordering for our food to arrive. While we have no complaints about the quality of the food, the long wait times can be frustrating and really take away from the overall experience.

I recently ordered an Alfahm from this restaurant, but when I got home and opened the parcel, I found rice on top of the Alfahm. It looked like it was leftover chicken from another dish. When I contacted the restaurant, they explained that my order was mistakenly put in with mandi rice, and they separated the Alfahm later. They assured me everything was fresh, but who knows the truth? Even if what they said is true, they should have apologized for the mistake. A simple apology would have gone a long way in making things right. For next time, I suggest that the staff check the dish carefully before packing it.

Food is surely nice, but it is noticeable mostly that when ordered something in veg, they misplace it with chicken or non veg items. Otherwise the ambience, taste and service is decent.

Today I had a very bad experience which was very bad. We live very near to the hotel so we are usual customers over there. Each time the experience we get from their staffs was so bad like if we ask for extra ketchup they act like we ask for their money or something just 1 rupees for ketchup and they do like its 1000. Today when we went the restaurant was full rush . So we were waiting outside in the couch and a guy from inside called me among our friends and I went inside. Then that guy was like who are you I called the ladies outside and he hold my hand and was like go out will call you. Then my friend got angry in that asked him who are you to touch his body dont you know how to behave with customers and he was like getting angry with us. Even though the food is good they always behave to students and bachelors like this. Absolutely no respect . They should learn how to behave with customers before starting a hotel. You have to literally wait for an hour to just give your order and again wait for an hour to get your ordered food.

Very Disappointed - Not Worth the Price Food was really bad - no taste, poor quality, and definitely not fresh. The overall quality of the hotel is also very poor. On top of that, prices are way too high for what they are offering. Totally not worth the money. There's much more to say, but in short - I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

I have tried chicken zafran mandi, kabab and khunafa. Since it was afghani style, it was nit my taste. But my friends liked the food. They were literally praising the food Khunafa was the best among them that I have tried. Good service and great ambience. Overall a good experience
