I was compelled to cancel my room reservation following an interaction with the hotel's point of contact. His demeanor was exceptionally rude and unprofessional, characterized by arrogance and a lack of courtesy. For the same price, one could easily find accommodations with far superior service, staffed by individuals who are trained in customer care, in stark contrast to this individual's unrefined conduct..

I had an absolutely terrible experience at Netrani Hotel, Murudeshwar. The receptionist's behavior was the worst I've ever encountered--rude, unhelpful, and unprofessional. To make matters worse, they charge extra for basic amenities like drinking water, towels, and soap, which should be standard in any hotel. If you ask for any kind of assistance, they immediately demand extra charges for even the smallest help. On top of that, they have a habit of blaming guests for damages that they did not cause and then forcing them to pay additional fees. This was by far the most unpleasant hotel experience I've ever had. If you're planning to visit Murudeshwar, I strongly advise against staying here. Save yourself the trouble and find a better place to stay.

AC room Rs. 3000 /- in season and in weekend. The hotel for my stay is good. They won't provide any breakfast but a lot of options when we go near the temple. They have a good parking space. The initial room they gave AC was not working. They have given another room as soon as we raise the issue. In the off-season the rooms are less expensive.

1 km from the railway station and to the temple. Like homestay. Two bedrooms have ac. Hall & kitchen. The staying place is silent and peaceful

Situated 1 km near to murdeshwar main temple. Has parking facility. Ac and non ac rooms available. Nice for budget friendly people.

Located 1 km away from temple. So many options are available to stay nearby the temple. Stayed in non AC room @ 1200. Receptionist asked for the full payment at the check in itself. Did not allowed us to check in without full payment. No lift available. Also stairs were too congested. Rooms were clean and size was ok. Mosquitos and flies came in the room from the opened room window at night that hindered our sleep in the night.

Very bad hotel lot of mosquitoes don't go there pictures very bad maintains service is zero no lift no hot water reception customer service is bad don't book it
