If you want to be humiliated by them then definitely go They Treat Customers like Beggars. Billing counter person in the Restaurant is a literal Mad man. Never seen such bad behavior in my life. Worst People Worst Mangement Beware of the Arrogant fellow Sitting Billing Counter.

The place is well located in the highway and looks very maintained from outside but inside the premise they should have taken some steps to maintain the cleanliness and hygiene. were all over the place also food was just average. Not too much be available throughout the day but you would get some dosa all the time the business is open. Coffee was also just par, given its only present on a highway in a small suburb town the place looks rich from outside with ample parking available for your vehicle in front of hotel. Food they can definitely try to get the best of their effort rather thinking their majority audience are traveller's and it wouldn't matter much for them since knowing the fact that they might or might not return after the first visit. Facilities like this should be more responsible as they would get visitors to Mysore from various parts of the country and world and its the responsibility to get them served with the finest tastes of Mysuru...

Nanjangud AKA Nanjanagudu is a Town and Taluk in Mysuru metropoltian area in the state of Karnataka. Nanjangud lies on the banks of the river Kapila AKA Kabini, 25 km from the city of Mysore. Nanjangud is renowned for Srikanteshwara Temple which is also called "Dakshina Kashi" The Srikanteshwara Temple at Nanjangud is dedicated to the Hindu supreme God Shiva, also called Sri Nanjundeshwara, ("The Lord who drank poison") to save the earth. The town is also famous for a variety of banana grown in the region, called - The Nanjanagoodu Rasabaale. The town also has a old bridge is across Kapila (Kabini) river, which has been declared as the oldest bridge (Built in 1735 AD) with both railway line and road on the same bridge by the Government of India. It is located at the entrance of temple town here!||||Now moving on to the topic which is Hotel Surabhi. This is a no frills but comfortable place which consists of a Lodge and an attached Resturant at ground floor of the same 3 storied property which is some what like a mini complex. The Lodge portion looks some what modern but we didnt get in there. The restaurant is right next to the busy Ooty - Mysore highway so it is always crowded. They have a well laid parking place too which is spacious and do serve in cars at Parking Area also which is kind of good.||||Food is their highlight. The food is undoubtedly delicious and kind of low in costing too compared to Tier 1 and Major towns any day! Service takes a little time since the hotel is pretty crowded most of the time. But staff are agile and keep on doing constant cleaning which is nice to note!.All in all a good experience when u look at the goodies they have to offer. It was a nice experience no doubt!

Stayed here for a night with my family. Very neat and clean place. The restaurant below provides decent food. The hotel had just basic things like towel, soap..which was sufficient for us. We were not getting hot water, when we called the reception..it was immediately addressed. Ideal location .. on the highway with all basic necessary things available around.

Have had breakfast and lunch at surabhi. Decent meals and hot, good quality. . The waiting staff are cordial. Little noisy. Tables are continously cleaned. For the numbers of people visiting, it's a clean place. The waiting staff, need to improve personal hygiene. Sweat smell is the only negative.
