Lakshmi Vilas Multi Cuisine Veg Restaurant

This place is around half an hour from Mysore bus stand. Completely veg. This is ksrtc authorized. You will find several other restaurants near to it, one vehicle service stand. The washroom is quite dirty and not clean. If you are visiting there then need to keep your scarves and hankies on nose. Food is ok. At the time of billing check the prices because cold drinks, ice creams are priced more than the mrp. Service is slow, because ksrtc buses stop there and they have a lot of customers to attend. This is against the consumer rights. Goods should not be sold more than the maximum retail price, that is why it is called as M. R. P. They have north meal in the menu but won't serve that. Incase you order something other than south mean or rice curd, they are seriously going to test your patience. So i suggest please try to check other places rather than this.

Had dinner there while returning from Ooty. The place serves South Indian Cuisine. Service speed was fast, food is pretty good, affordable.

Place is neat, but overpriced. 43 for a lime , that too the worst one ever had.

Food quality is somewhat good, but things are unnecessarily overpriced.They overcharge for every little thing. They charge minimum INR 5 more than the actual MRP ,for items like icecream, water bottles etc. They have a tendency to mix the bills with other customers, which they will then pretend in front of you, is a mistake of fellow hotel staffs, at the moment. This a very cheap and disgusting service, they provide to tourists.

Worst food. Even they don't know how to make a dosa.

My KSRTC bus stopped here for lunch. The food was great and worth the price. The interiors were chic and the overall premise was maintained well. The restrooms are a little messy out here. Both the men's and the women's toilet is situated right next to each other. The other problem is there is only urinal and you might end up waiting for a long time for your turn. This is a definitely a huge miss and I do not know how a restaurant on the highway especially the one authorised by KSRTC can have a restroom like this. I ordered a curd rice and it was tasty. It costed me 70 INR. Order wisely especially if you are travelling by bus. I saw a couple who were on my bus and were made to wait for at least 20-30 minutes for their food to arrive. It is always better to order the fast moving items like meal and I think chinese or north Indian food may take a long time. Good luck!

Worst service and highly overpriced food. Please don't try this one even if you're starving for food. Wish it had a negative star option to review.

Please do not try at this restaurant. We have ordered dosa and coffee and it was pathetic. The filter coffee that we ordered was just a boiling water. They display a board stating it has been approved by KSRTC. Please do not fall prey for this as the drivers get money and free food and hence it is approved. Very unhygienic toilets too !!
