Hatti Eden Coorg

Had a wonderful stay at Hatti Eden in Croog! The staff was really warm and helpful throughout our visit. The property is absolutely beautiful--peaceful, green, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, making our stay very comfortable. The pool was perfect for a warm summer day, and there was ample space for us to play cricket and badminton. They even have a table tennis table, which added to the fun. I highly recommend this place for families or groups looking to unwind and enjoy some quality time together!

We had an amazing weekend getaway at this beautiful place. The rooms are well maintained and spacious, the swimming pool is good and clean. The food was delicious, if you are looking for good food like home while you relax and have fun with friends and family this is the place for you! The service too is amazing and friendly.Special mention to Chef and Housekeepers for providing excellent service throughout our stay :)

Fantastic stay over the weekend with family, we all enjoyed the stay and food. Rooms were spacious and bedding was good. Swimming pool is clean and good enough and it's open 24x7. Homely food and chef was kind enough to wait for us for delayed dinner. But one suggestion is to add some local coorg dish which was missing. My family enjoyed the stay and we will definitely come back.

Disappointing Experience - Not Worth the Hype Our stay at the resort was far from what we expected. The photos of the property were shot and presented beautifully, which got us genuinely excited. Unfortunately, the real experience didn't live up to the visuals. The swimming pool was not clean and clearly not maintained, making it unusable. The air conditioning in the rooms had constant fluctuations, and the ceiling fans were rotating at such low speeds that they hardly made a difference. The resort is located in a forest area, which we thought would be a peaceful escape, but the rooms and common chilling areas were filled with flying bugs and bees, making it hard to relax or sit outside comfortably. Outdoor activities were another letdown. The cricket playing area was filled with parked cars, so we couldn't use it at all. The approach road to the resort was also poorly laid, which made getting there a bumpy and uncomfortable experience. As for food, only the complimentary breakfast was up to the mark. For lunch and dinner, we were charged Rs. 500 per person, and even then, the options were limited to just four dishes. To make it worse, there are no nearby restaurants, so we had no other dining choices. The games room wasn't great either. The only game that was actually comfortable and enjoyable to play was foosball. While there was a carrom board, it was limited to just two players, which didn't work well for groups. The only real positives were the spacious rooms and the decent breakfast. But overall, the number of issues we faced during our stay made it a disappointing experience. This resort feels like a classic case of great marketing but poor execution.

Stayed here for 3 days and 2 nights. The rooms are spacious and clean. Staffs are really friendly. The pool is well maintained, the perfect time to get in would be during the sunset to enjoy nice views. Overall the stay here was a really good and would definitely come back again.

One of the beautiful resorts we had visited recently and thanks to the host Suhas to having us over his property. The resort is located closer to nagarhole tiger reserve. The ambience is beautiful and the hospitality was great. We absolutely loved the food cooked by the chef and he is super friendly and prepares food as per your request and tastes delicious. They have friendly dogs in the resort and loads of indoor games with a swimming pool to keep you entertained. The only drawback was the restroom flush wasn't working apart from that overall we had a great experience.

Nice place but definitely needs lot of improvement in cleanliness, service, responsiveness. Pool wasn't clean. If extra bed is put there is no space in the room. Staff doesn't understand and after repeating multiple times if they understand they are not supportive. Food is good and tasty.

Excellent hospitality, food, nice location and simple but spacious & clean rooms. A definite recommend to visit. Very good & helpful host and I would surely suggest a group visit here.
