Hotel Pavan Mansion

Overall experience was good. Complementary breakfast was good. They were served hot and fresh breakfast. Parking was good. Rooms were neat and service was nice. Overall we liked this hotel. Very safe and convenient.

Hi so this 1 star rating I am giving because they atleast answered call.I am properly from raichur but work in Hyderabad once on officially meet I and one of my colleague came to raichur to attend a meeting so it's official work so I need to stay in hotel I can't go to home. So when I called hotel and tried to book they told local I'd not accepted and i request them but deined and as I work in hotel industry. We should be polite to the customer but the manager rajesh was so rude on call as I said I am a local person he directly said rooms are full in very bad tone... So I suggest he is not person for hotel industry and if possible who ever see this review avoid pavan mansion hotel....

One of the worst hotels I have seen .For the price they charge,they don't provide those services.Dirty rooms ,dirty linen,no mirror in Bathroom,stinking small,dirty corridors. no proper cleaning. they charged 3200 per night which is almost star hotel rates .If u have options don't ever book this hotel.Aggregators like ibibo, MakeMyTrip should discard such hotels from their menu list of hotels for Raichur

Hotel is well and good but the facalty is very bad they don't know how to treat with customers and they charged extra amount by saying false it's not at all good money is mandatory for every one but all are not able pay so don't cheat people

These people are complete fraud. Booked 20 rooms for my family and friends for a function. They offered breakfast telling its complimentary and while check out they charged INSANE amount of money per plate saying it's not complimentary. Also they made a fake invoice saying F&B bill and extra bed charges (though not consumed). Ended up paying more than 12k extra during check out. Staff is Mannerless, Please be very careful while booking this stay. Doesn't recommend this at all!

Worst hotel I've stayed in - staff unprofessional with their approach, figure and discount before negotiating and then right away the figure telling the discount is added. -checked into a room and air condition not working, asked them thrice about the same n frankly they helped us with it by asking us to politely move to a smaller room for the same tarrif with the most dirtiest pathway welcoming us into it and I swear it did stink worse. -we were given a room with a working AC n I thought I was satisfied with the same but no common after all surprises did wait for us, temperature being 41 degree Celsius and thus we took the room and you know again surprise, no working AC again, no power, no generator to back up the AC, wooow what a hospitality. -when I politely complained to them about the same they told me sir don't worry we shall charge you less to which it made to me and I was like finally some sense but wait until my next point, suprise. -checkout time, no-one is at the desk and yes we were asked to wait till someone comes n sees us because ofcourse the guests are not important here so understandably I was ok with it. - Rs. 100 was given as discount, oh my bad Rs. 110 was given as discount so I politely refused the same and carried on with the best response telling I m leaving n I shall report you in Google thank you. - worst hospital stars if ever to be given, I shall rate this place 5 stars. So yah if you wanna experience all the convenience I mentioned above, please visit this place and wait for surprises.
