Disappointing Experience at Reddy's Raichur Biryani House Rating: -1 /5 I recently visited Reddy's Raichur Biryani House at Gunj Circle, Raichur, with a group of 17 members to celebrate my son's birthday. Unfortunately, our experience was marred by extremely poor service and unacceptable behavior from the owner. Upon arrival, we were asked to wait for 5 minutes, which was reasonable. However, the waiter struggled to arrange tables for our large group. After a 15-minute wait, we finally got seated, only to have the owner abruptly take away one of the tables and give it to another group. The owner's behavior was appalling. He was extremely rude, behaving like a madman, and showed no respect for customers. When we questioned his actions, he arrogantly stated, "This is my hotel, and I'm the owner." His tone implied that we were beggars, not paying customers. We were shocked and disappointed by the owner's attitude. We left the restaurant and took our business elsewhere. I strongly advise against visiting Reddy's Raichur Biryani House. The owner's behavior is unacceptable, and it's clear that they don't value their customers. Avoid this restaurant at all costs. They seem to think they're doing customers a favor by serving them, rather than providing a service that customers are paying for.

The restaurant was excellent; the food was superb, and the staff provided exceptional service.
