HOTEL SHUBHAM

We had a wonderful experience at Hotel Shubham, a veg and family restaurant! Ambiance: 3.5/5 The restaurant was neatly maintained, clean, and tidy! Food: 4/5 The food was delicious, with great taste! The roti was made from wheat flour, which was impressive! Service: 4/5 The waiters were good, humble, and took care of our large group of 16 people! They provided us with comfortable seating arrangements. Additional Amenities: They also sell Indian savouries on the ground floor, which was a nice bonus! Overall, we had a fantastic experience at Hotel Shubham and would definitely recommend it!

The food was good, but the staff was terrible. They were unresponsive and even when we told the owner about it, they didn't react much. They just said, "Is that it?" That's it. We never expected this from a hotel management. It took them 26 minutes to deliver a simple bun, and even when we asked about it, they didn't bother to reply. The staff is the worst.

We visited the A/C hall. The interior decoration is great. Service is impeccable. The recommendation provided the service staff were on point. Appreciate the honesty of the staff.

*Taste is very good, "But" Hotel Management should look into the charges shown in the menu card against the final bill, because overcharging is evident. 1.Mineral Water Rs.23 instead of Rs.20 2.Baby corn Manchurian Rs.150 instead of Rs.140 3. Mushroom masala Rs.220 instead of Rs.210 and upon enquiring about all these irregularities, the hotel staff says we are not restricting customers about the time they spend in the air-conditioned hall. The waiter told me the mineral water MRP itself is Rs.23, and the receptionist told me we are charging an AC charge. WT*(What The Funny) Rs.3 extra on 1ltr water; ha ha god knows for how many extra minutes/hour this 3 rupee. and they confidently say we are following our policies, which are made by management, and when asked to show that..? they look surprised, blinking eyes "a lot". ***********I was not at all in the mood to write this because they(hotel) told my family to sit at a place and served food************ Happily sharing this feedback

Not Upto The Mark! Do not get fooled looking at Hotel Shubham's Ratings on Google Maps. Although most of the photos uploaded seem to be from party halls, there are very few photos of the restaurant. The restaurant is located in one of the busy street in Shimoga, and finding a parking for your vehicle can be challenging. The dining area is small, and the space feels cramped for a restaurant having a huge footfall. The staff is courteous and they ensure that the service is quick. The food is decent and priced accordingly. They accept both online and offline modes of payment.

It's nice experience with shubam hotel.food is very good we took butter kulcha and kaaju masala good in taste .I love this yummy shubam special icecream must try ...

Good Ambience & maintaining cleanliness of resturant . Service is very good & lady manager in a/c table guided us & asked abt the food Taste & service it's quite good interacting with that manager lady . Food quality also nice, but our food servings got late & prices are too high

A wonderful restaurant with a pleasant ambience and delicious food. The taste and quality were impressive, making for a great dining experience. However, weekends can get a bit crowded, so plan accordingly. One aspect to consider is that South Indian and North Indian dishes are served separately--if you're visiting as a family and wish to enjoy both cuisines together, this might be a slight limitation. Overall, a good place to dine!"
