We had the buffet breakfast at this restaurant located in the Royal Orchid Hotel we stayed at. There was a good variety of dishes, and everything we tried tasted great. The only slight letdown was the baked cakes, which could have been fresher. The best part of the experience was the attentive service - the wait staff were very helpful in guiding us through the live dishes and available options. Overall, a satisfying start to the day!
Had visited Pinxx for Dinner and they had a buffet menu. The food was awesome for the price and very quality food. Today the Panneer and Bindi was very good made by Chef Lacha Naik and Daya Naik and also the chapatti was very soft to go with it. The Serving Staff were very polite and graceful in service.. We were served by Impana and Sandip nandi and both took care of our service needs. Definitely recommend this Restaurant to you
Ambiance is nice... Food is okayish... Service staff being helpful... But service take a bit long... For a sandwich and coffee it took about 30mins...

Worst hotel in Shivamogga. Menu has not changed since hotel started. First impression of restaurant is bad with torn menu card. We have to adjust it to check the menu. Staff is not courteous. Taste is very bad and not a lot of options available. Being the only star hotel in the city, menu could have been altered periodically. There is no manager to take order. The person who serves food takes the order and does not explain what it contains. There are many other restaurants you can choose other than this. Please avoid this.
Courteous staff. Place is less crowded. We visited around 12.30 in the afternoon. They told, they have just started the kitchen and it will take time to get food. Still they served the food in 30-40 minutes.We ordered dal makhani and rice. The quantity was less for two people and also for the money charged. Taste was also not that good. Served us rasmalai as complimentary dessert. Not value for money. Plus points are the ambience and the staff.
I had come for dinner it was awesome overall experience. Food Specially maland chicken was excellent and service was also brilliant. We will come back again.
Chef Lachha made the breakfast it was very tasty. They have a buffet system in and eating here will be worth the your money
