Rice Bowl Non Veg Restaurant

The restaurant has separate veg and bar restaurant. Food menu is good and taste was delicious. Staff behavior is very professional and seems they had well-structured hospitality training. Ambiance is another plus point. Best of all, the place is less crowd and hence your food will be served quickly. It is quite pricey than other few hotels, but given the consistency in taste and less-crowd the price seems total worthy.

We had stayed in Clarks hotel and got to know few restaurants are inside this. We had the buffet breakfast option. The breakfast was better but could be good. Panner Paratha, poori, sagu, bread, jam, butter, idlis, vadas, sambar, two types of chutney, set dosa, strawberry milkshake, water melon juice, tea, coffee, cut fruits, dosas. Service was worst. The staff dint inform us reg the menu also we had only to enquire about the breakfast as dosa was something which we had to order. The taste was not good as poori was made from maida, dosa was not crisp and was soggy, paneer partha had hardly paneer in it, strawberry milkshake had artificial strawberry flavour. When we had been to Rice bowl in the evening to have some snacks french fries were ordered and none were there in the reastaurant except us. There were staff who were chit chatting playing games who dint bother to serve as it took more than 25 mins just to bring a plate of French fries. The service is very poor.

Nice restaurant located within hotel Green View Clarks Inn, which is a number one hotel in Shimoga. Unfortunately, it is a vegetarian restaurant, also alcohol is not served. Ambience of the restaurant and service is good. I had dinner and buffet breakfast. The varieties for the breakfast is appreciable. Highly recommended for your visit.

Good Food!! This restaurant is located in the premises of Clarks Inn Hotel. It's a pure veg restaurant. Even though the cost is little on the higher side the food & Service is very good. Good experience.

Absolutely pathetic restaurant inside GreenView Clarks Inn.Supposed to be a star property but the restaurant is desolate with entire staff not at all understanding nor speaking local language.Cutlery and seats are broken and dirty.Menu has a big list but most of the dishes are unavailable.The staff cite flimsy excuses for not having most of the food choices.They only have their set menu all the time.Ice machine is under repairs and no cold juices nor cocktails / mocktails are available.Even beverages and liquors are mostly unavailable.Plates and dishes stink.Chicken tasted stale.Most of the dishes are too oily and badly prepared.Service is poor.Prices are too high for the extremely poor experience.Seems like this place will close soon.Definitely not recommended.

Spacious and good interior food is also good but little bit expensive it deserves the charges . Parking is difficult have to park on road side

Had Buffet. Very nice ambience and staff. Food was good too. Guys at the pasta and Pani puri counters were polite.

An avg person can watch YouTube and cook well than the chef here. There was no ghee in paneer ghee roast and it's almost sukka recipe not a ghee roast recipe. Don't even ask about how bad chicken biryani and drums of heaven.....i couldn't eat half also. Don't recommend at all. Change the chef or make him learn to cook....
