Well maintained room & Very hygienic room with reasonable price, Food quality is excellent and Heavy crowd on weekend , Need to wait for 30minutes to serve the food. Sri Udupi hotel & restaurant is good but They are taking more to serve the food. Hotel is near to Shivamoga city centre.

Nice restaurant in Shimoga. Serves both south Indian and North Indian dishes. First floor has AC service hall and has a good ambience. Parking is little challenging during the afternoon and at night. Overall satisfied

"No taste." I came here to check the taste of the all dish I ordered. Many starters like panner, baby corn corn, and mashroom all had tasteless and felt like omitting , I orders soup it was full of bitter taste of vinegar, ordered north Indian jamun was good food tate was pathetic

Good restaurant in Durgigudi Shimoga. Has AC section and non AC section, AC section has a good ambience, convenient seating, good lighting. Food quality is good, tasty, service is quick and price is reasonable

I recently dined at Shree Udupi Food Palace, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The service was impeccable; the staff was attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and satisfied. The food was absolutely delicious. We started with the Veg Noodles Soup, which was warm, flavorful, and the perfect start to our meal. The Masala Papad was crispy and had just the right amount of spice. The Baby Corn Manchurian was a standout--crispy on the outside, tender inside, and coated in a delightful sauce. For the main course, we enjoyed the Butter Naan and Methi Parota, both of which were soft, buttery, and paired perfectly with the rich and creamy Kaju Masala. The Ghee Rice was aromatic and served as a perfect accompaniment to the dishes. To top it all off, we had a refreshing Soda that complemented the flavors of the meal perfectly. Overall, Shree Udupi Food Palace offers an outstanding dining experience with a combination of top-notch service and mouthwatering dishes. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for authentic and flavorful Indian cuisine.

The hotel has good interiors and is also spacious, but the meals we had was below average. The pooris were not hot and flat, made with a mix of maida and whole wheat, when we asked the waiter to get us hot pooris he didn't oblige to our request and said this is how it is! The rice was of cheap quality and not hot. The payasam was very sweet! The coloured rice had not taste! The rasam and sambar was decent. Nothing was special about the special meal! The waiter didn't get us hot pooris but he made sure he got his tips from us

A very good and popular restaurant. The South Indian, North Indian and chats are available. Idli, vada, sambar and chutney were authentic and tasty. I also enjoyed masala dosa and filter coffee. The ambience, and service are excellent. The prices are reasonable. A restaurant to visit.
