Hotel Vinay Residency

The stay was good, the rooms were great. Very clean and service was good. I would have given 4 stars but I gave 2 stars only because of the food. We had ordered chicken Malai kebab, we waited for a long time and after we got the dish the chicken was not cooked properly. Hence we returned the food, they took it and cooked it again and gave us. We didn't want it, because we didn't feel good after eating the uncooked part initially. But still they charged for that, which I felt was not right. Moreover next day the complimentary breakfast taste was not up to the mark, especially Sambhar and Puri was a disaster. I hope the hotel takes this review positively and make improvements in its hotel section, definitely the chef is not upto the mark. I'am attaching the bill herewith this review.

We were heading to humpi and made a impromptu decision to make an early stop for the night. Started looking for the hotel and fortunately found 1. Good rooms and prompt service. It has restraunt with tasty food and also ample parking.

Corporate visitors should completely avoid this motel (it can not be called Hotel). Last 2 days WIFI isn't working and the hotel management has done nothing about it. There is poor telecom network so you can't operate with your own data connection. They are charging heavy room rent but basic facilities like Wifi, toiletries such as dental kit, shaving kit are missing. It is a lodge and not a hotel. Don't get looted by them. Reception staff needs to be replaced as they don't deserve to be in hospitality industry.

Good Hotel for short stay. Neat & clean rooms, nice food, decent service. Only problem faced was too many mosquitos outside and in premise of Hotel.

Management does not allow booking of venue unless you book their heavily priced food menu and doesn't allow outside food or decorator. Very worst policy. Avoid this place if possible.

It's beautiful ambience with spacious and hygiene rooms. Parking space is nice

Excellent hotel with neat and utmost clean rooms and washrooms. Very satisfying and worth staying at Vinay Residency. I stayed there for 8 days 6+2. Got few suggestions: 1) AC makes too much of noise which I experienced in the 2 out of 3 rooms I stayed there. Hence last 3 days didn't switch on the AC. Managed with the fan. 2) Bathing soap stand must be provided cos' all guests may not use the wall mounted soap solution. 3) In the dining room, hotel staff keep watching mobiles with loud noise which disturbs the guests which also is a rude and mean behaviour. Please make note of the same. But overall it was a pleasant, peaceful and memorable stay at the Vinay Residency.
