Food: good taste is great. We never had a bad experience here. Service : should improve a lot. Service person get changed everytime time and they are inexperienced and lazzy. Even food order to get servered take lot time. So go only if you had considerable time. Atmosphere : decent and well maintained clean and neat. Price wise also it is justified for taste we felt. But only complaint is service and delay can make food and whole experience go bad.

Very bad quality hotel, and I had the worst masala pappad till date, Someone would cancel and refund for such a dish, but they don't. Avoid this restaurant

Decent ambience. Good for lunch and dinner. Service takes time but ok. Usually crowded while lunch timings. Family friendly. Kid friendly. Pure veg. Worst service. Waiters are too slow. I ordered Jeera Rice and Dal Fry, but I was served with Fried Rice and Sauce. Service is too late.

Pretty and peaceful ambience Best one in the town. Spacious tables to eat peacefully Masala Papad - The salad was not spread evenly and the papad was not crispy at all. We had Panner pepper dry - Good Gobi Manchurian - Also okay Paneer butter masala - Sweeter than usual but great Butter Naan - soft and soft Paneer Noodles - Tasted great and was less oily Overall you can visit here for good food. I really request the management to make some basic cone ice cream available. Also juices would be great. 27-05-2023 Hot and sour Soup wasn't great. Gobi Manchurian was good. Quick service.

Visited this restaurant for the 1st time. Here is my experience. I always start with good points and then mention a couple of improvements, but for this restaurant I need to start with bad points I have no option. Cons: 1. It seemed that they used Analogue (Synthetic) Paneer in the veg biryani instead of real dairy paneer. You can say food taste is kinda good but quality is gone. 2. The service staff are not well trained. 3. The plates served to us at 1st wasn't clean and had to request to change them. 4. Doesn't serve South Indian meals, even North Indian meals are not available as a plate but has a la carte menu. This is a big turn off for travellers who want to have good hygienic simple food during journey. 5. Price are bit high considering the taste, quality, ambience and location of the restaurant. Pros: 1. Washrooms are available within the restaurant unlike many other restaurants in Sirsi that lack this facility. 2. Food taste was okaish (better than competitors) 3. Has parking space

Sometimes, you're better off finding another hotel. The service here is terrible. If you want to eat on time, you have to show up early--otherwise, be prepared to wait over an hour for your food. Don't waste your time or money here!

Giving a one star because can't give zero. Everyone just hypes about "Alekha Gateway", but it is like the worst restaurant of my life. We had ordered chilly gobi here as the starter.. Literally a 15 year old me can make better dish than him.. The soups were given in a very small bowl, and the taste was also very average. The biggest complain was the kind of spoons served to us with the soup. Literally it was in a state like if you just press it, it would break.. When we asked the management, they said that it is just dirt, manage! Means what are the people in the restaurant doing? Can't they even afford spoons? We had ordered the most expensive curry in the restaurant to atleast eat that peacefully, which was the Kova Kaju Masala. It was priced 300 rupees, which absolutely even wasn't worth 150 rupees. The naan and parothas was also very bad, overall a very horrible experience in this restaurant.. Hotels like meenakshi bhavan are better than these............

This is one of the best restaurants in Shirisi. Good ambiance, hygienic and delicious food. Great place to help north India, Chinese or south Indian food. It is also situated on the outskirts of the city so it's a good place for travellers
