GREEN TREE RESORT

Green Tree Resort is a calm and beautiful place to stay. It has neat and clean rooms with good service. The staff is polite and always ready to help. The food is delicious, and the resort has a peaceful environment. It's a perfect place for a short trip with family or friends. The natural surroundings and quiet atmosphere make it great for relaxing. Overall, a good resort for a comfortable and pleasant stay.

Resort just wow ambitious and all everything is very clean, and washrooms are very hygienic. If we come for food I never tasted this kind of tasty foods in resorts. I will strongly recommend people to come here once and enjoy

The resort is in the middle of a forest with quiet surrounding and greenery. We had opted for a pool room which was amazing. The service was very good. The owner herself cooked delicious malnad style food which was the best. Peaceful walks in the nature, good food and relax. Totally a worthy stay.

Recently stayed here for 2 days, and it didn't meet the expectations of a resort. This place is overhyped for no reason. When we arrived, we had to wait for 10 minutes and then call the manager to open the resort gate. The surroundings were green, but not as impressive as shown in the pictures. On Google Maps, they've uploaded beautiful photos, but it seems more like camera tricks. In reality, it was just jungle and some gardens with flowers. The cost of 5,000 per person felt very overpriced. The rooms and washrooms were clean, but basic necessities were missing. After repeatedly asking, we finally received toilet paper. The bedsheets and blankets were dirty and stained -- even after replacement, they still gave us stained ones. The pool wasn't very clean and had too much bleach. Food was served on time, but the taste was average. The chicken dishes were very small, felt more like paneer cubes. The chicken curry was always the same, just served with different starters. For evening snacks, they served overly oily bhajis. They should consider changing the snack menu to something less oily. Not sure what spices or oil they used, but all six of us experienced constipation, gas, and diarrhea after eating. The mosquito repellents (Good Knight All-Outs) weren't working, and we ended up with red mosquito bites all over our bodies. There were no activities as promised. Only one broken table tennis setup was available. The campfire area was set up in the middle of a dark surrounding, which didn't feel safe or enjoyable -- so we avoided it. They just burned a few pieces of wood and placed some chairs around it. The only good thing was it's pet friendly we went with our pet and it was comfortable for her. Also the satisfactory water pressure in the washrooms, but the geyser made a loud and concerning noise when turned on. This place is in a remote area with zero network coverage and no Wi-Fi -- which we understood, as it's in the middle of a jungle. The room views were okay-ish. Overall, it's only worth visiting once -- but not recommended.

Had an amazing stay at this resort! The location offers breathtaking views. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The staff was amazing hospitable and attentive, making sure we felt comfortable throughout our stay. The food was truly the highlight of our stay delicious, thoughtfully prepared dishes, with some cooked personally by the owner, which made it even more special. Perfect getaway for anyone looking for peace and luxury. Highly recommend it!

Disappointing Stay - Not Recommended The room was poorly maintained -- the glass wall let in insects, and we could clearly hear people from rooms 100 meters away. The service was frustrating, with strict time limits, no room service, and long waits for food that wasn't ready. The food itself was inconsistent, either overly salty or completely bland. Facilities were practically non-existent. The only positive was the natural ambience, with trees and a forest-like setting. However, the worst part was the rude behavior of the lady owner, who clearly lacks basic courtesy and customer service skills. Overall, not worth the experience. No internet.. swimming pool was badly maintained.. Wait near they gate for easily 5 to 10 mins..if no network in phone then may extend.. Not much place to visit around this place..

We recently stayed at your resort and, unfortunately, the experience did not meet the expectations set by the price we paid (4,000 per person). Apart from the room, which was decent, there was little that justified the cost. There were hardly any activities or amenities as promised. The only sport available was table tennis -- and even that had a broken ball. The swimming pool had an excessive amount of chlorine and a broken floor too. The excessive chlorine which caused burning in our eyes after a short time in the water. When it came to food, the variety and quantity were very disappointing. For lunch, we were served pepper chicken with just 4-5 small pieces per person -- this was certainly not up to the mark for a resort of this pricing. We were a group of 5 (3 individuals and 1 couple), and all of us shared the same experience and sentiments. Overall, we felt that the resort was not worth the price paid, and we would rate it 1 out of 5 -- the one star only being for the room quality. We hope you take this feedback seriously to improve the experience for future guest.

Friendly and courteous staff. We were a group with kids and elderly people. The staff accommodated our request for food, and the food was tasty and comforting. Happy with the place and service.
