I recently dined at Saico Mazali family restaurant located on Bengaluru - Honnavar Road, Tumkur. This restaurant offers a variety of South Indian vegetarian and non-vegetarian food items, including Kerala cuisine. While the prices of the food were average, I found the service to be below par and the taste of the food to be average. Starting with the service, I was disappointed by the overall experience. The staff seemed disorganized and inattentive. It took quite some time to get their attention, and even then, they appeared uninterested in providing quality service. The lack of attentiveness and professionalism impacted the overall dining experience negatively. Moving on to the food, I found the taste to be just average. The flavors lacked the authentic touch that I have come to expect from South Indian and Kerala cuisine. While the dishes were decently prepared, they didn't stand out in terms of taste or presentation. I was hoping for a more delightful culinary experience, but unfortunately, it fell short of my expectations. On the positive side, the prices of the food were reasonable. The average pricing made it a more accessible option for diners, especially for those looking to try South Indian and Kerala dishes without breaking the bank. However, it's worth noting that the average prices alone can't compensate for the lackluster service and average food taste. In conclusion, Saico Mazali family restaurant in Tumkur offers a variety of South Indian vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes, including Kerala cuisine at average prices. However, the below average service and average taste of the food overshadowed the positive aspects. If you are seeking an exceptional dining experience, I would suggest exploring other options in the area before settling for this restaurant.

Worst experience with food they are running a Pakistan they don't know kannada and they are splitting on the food while making food I have seen that when completed my lunch please think it before going there

The ambience is good, but when it comes to food and the service, it's average. They even take a lot of time to serve and very less option when it comes to veg . It will not be crowded even on the weekends. So any day any time once can just walk in to this place. Dont have much place for parking.
