I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. First and foremost, the cleanliness was unacceptable - I found bed bugs in the room, which is absolutely horrifying and unacceptable for any guest. On top of that, the bathroom had a water leakage issue, making it constantly wet and uncomfortable to use. To make matters worse, when I brought these issues to the attention of the receptionist, I was met with rudeness and indifference instead of help. There was no apology or any real effort to resolve the problems. I do not recommend this place and will definitely not be returning.

I had a terrible stay at this hotel due to a serious bed bug infestation. I noticed bites after the first night and later found actual bugs on the bed. It was disgusting and completely ruined my trip. I immediately informed the staff, but the response was disappointing and not handled with urgency or professionalism. This kind of hygiene issue is unacceptable. I do not recommend staying here unless they take serious steps to address cleanliness and pest control.

Very bad service and as we were part of marriage convoy they had cheated stating no AC rooms were booked but actually he paid for it. Commode was broken and leaking too. One of the room, fan was not working too. Very bad smoking smell too. Towels were rationed and denied. Attitude of person in reception was like he is doing charity. Horrible experience

Had a very bad experience, there are no functioning taps in the washroom and the flush wasn't working either, commode was broken and ac was not working, I paid 1800 for this room. Not worth it at all. The attitude of the people over there was very bad. Over all it was the worst experience I ever had

Don't have privacy for the guests I observed camera in the room kindly request to please provide security for the guests

Not safe for unmarried couples hidden camera in the rooms not recommended for any one

Perhaps, the best hotel in Tumkur near bus stand. There is one Udupi hotel for vegetarians and a beautiful pub on the top floor. Though nothing around to see either in the day time or night but still you can enjoy the hotel being in the room. Its location from bus stand is hardly 100 feet.
