False Advertising: While the restaurant claims to offer "40 varieties of pizza," only two were available, which is misleading. 4. Water Charges: The inconsistent policy on water--some being charged and some not--creates confusion. 5. Misleading Marketing- The promotion of an "unlimited meal" is deceptive, as it primarily includes snacks and a single scoop of ice cream, not a full meal. These issues could damage the restaurant's reputation. I urge them to improve transparency and clarify their offerings to enhance customer satisfaction.
