Hotel Pleasant Stay

We booked in our husband's name for 2 nights. Parking was not allocated for guests who stays in lodging there. Bar people occupied the parking n guests have to park outside. Premium AC Rooms were good n budget friendly, but still can be improved for price of 3000 per night. Food was ok. Staffs were less. Young staffs were helpful n polite. The old person sitting at reception during day is not co operative.

A nice place to stay in Vijayapura if you are on a business trip or family vacation. Well maintained hotel with comfortable rooms. Quite inexpensive at around 1500 per double room. Very helpful staff. : The restaurant was not open during morning but their kitchen was open and they served whatever was asked Found some cockroach in bathroom but they immediately came and sprayed anti pest. They said pest control is due and is planned in that week. Parking is available for about 7-8 cars inside else you have to park outside the complex.

AC was only turned on only when we demanded. Bathroom was below average with no amenities and there was no water for 4 hours on the 2nd day. Shower wasn't working properly.

We had the best experience at this fantastic hotel! The staff was absolutely amazing and made us feel right at home. Everything was so clean, safe, and hygienic, which really put our minds at ease. Plus, they were super pet-friendly--our baby, saai was treated like part of the family, which made our stay even more special! The front desk manager and general manager were so warm and welcoming; they really went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time. I can't recommend this place enough for anyone looking for a friendly, memorable getaway!

One of the Best Hotel In City. Very Friendly Staff Rooms were Really Huge in Size. Food Taste is really Good. Staff is Very Cordial. Manger Sagar Was very Helpful at the Reception. Overall Good Pleasant Stay.

The rooms are basic. If you look closely things are chipping off. On entering the room has a strong smell of chlorine or naphthalene. Made it difficult to sleep. Staff were helpful.

We stayed at this hotel for just one night. The staff was nice and their service was good. While the room size was nice, I was highly disappointed with the cleanliness. At first glance, the room seemed clean, but I spotted a cockroach on the table after some time. The bathroom, unfortunately, was in even worse condition. I found another large cockroach there, and the bathroom door from the inside was damaged and hadn't been cleaned at all. The jet spray was of poor quality, with almost no pressure, making it difficult to use. Similarly, the toilet flush had such low pressure that I had to flush 5-6 times over 30 minutes. I can't comment on the restaurant as we didn't dine there.. We had their breakfast and it was good. On a positive note, the room had a balcony with a nice view, and the hotel's location is convenient. However, the entrance to the hotel complex was narrow, making it quite difficult to navigate with a car. Overall, while the location,staff and room size were good, the cleanliness and bathroom issues made for an inconvenient stay.
