Hotel Town Palace

They don't have proper staff who can explain about the dishes and they are not educated with the dishes and ingredients. Also they do not have many things mentioned in their menu card, but they say available. Such a horrific response they provide when you asks for details. Maintanence was horrible, they do not have proper power back up it takes nearly a minuter to start and customer has to wait for the power to restore. Ambience was good, hence providing 2 stars.

The experience and service form the moment we entered the hotel ,we were greeted with a pure and polite smile and were escorted to the dining area. The staff came and took our orders,overall all the dishes we ordered were top notch and delicious with a sense of impeccable service. I wish all the staff a very best in their future and keep it up. Thanks for the amazing and delicious food.

Beautifully constructed and well air condition area and play area for children's is just wow and the service is also very good and feels to come again and again we all the family members and friends to come again and again and food quality is clean and fresh delicious and very friendly Pallavi really a very good hearted and kind person .

I have been visiting this restaurant from almost a decade... Earlier the taste was top notch...As the years passed the quality just degraded....No doubt they have improved a lot regarding ambience for birthday celebration and Anniversary....but the quality of the food considering the pricing to which they serve doesn't match!!!

Wow wow Hotel Town Palace,Vijayapura Lot of positive thing about this place cannot stop saying about there hospitality top notch in service well modern rooms ...lot of restaurants to dine with lovely n friendly staffs.....all the staff at hotel town palace are very cooperative and very quick in service I must say very nice modern rooms n very attentive staffs......best of luck entire team Hotel Town Palace......will visit again for sure with big group.... Defenatly recommended to all.

It was wonderful experience at hotel town palace at bijapur.....I was with my friend for couple of days .....and they mesmerised us with there hospitality I can say the best experience through out my karnatak tour....nice rooms...all amenity by default at the room....only bathroom sleepers they give as per request ......nice food with good option of restaurants....they had a lunge bar for hang out with music which we enjoyed lot.....all staff are very helpfull and very quick good food service......must recomonded to everyone.......please visit if your near by bijapur.....
