Club Mahindra Resort - Virajpet, Coorg, Karnataka

Our stay at Club Mahindra was very good. The tranquility and surrounding greenery was a major highlight. Rooms were clean, well-maintained. We loved the restaurant but non Veg options were very limited. Pool was awesome. Overall atmosphere was vibrant yet relaxing.

Our stay was truly exceptional, marked by impeccable hospitality and a delightful culinary experience. The food was absolutely scrumptious, consistently exceeding expectations with every meal. There is no denying that this property maintains the highest standards, leaving no room for complaint, especially when it comes to food quality and service. Special appreciation goes to Sumit and Twinkle for their dedicated efforts and attention to detail, which significantly enhanced our overall experience.

They have constructed a good property with a worse kind of service. Their staff sometimes notices resolving issues with your room or booking but in general their SOPs are extremely inefficient. Rates to their services don't match. If you are a person who wishes to enjoy property yourself then you can visit once. Else i do not recommend this property at all. This property makes a statement like " if patience could kill" come alive.

Amazing property with beautiful rooms. Room service is also amazing with very good staff who help around. Food what we ordered was good but the buffet was not great and even the staff at the restaurant were slow. The property is surrounded by lush greenery and has a very good kids play area and swimming pool that everyone can enjoy! Love the location and the scenic beauty that you get to wake up to! Overall an amazing experience. Wish they could do better with the food mainly the buffet experience. The menu is highly repetitive if you opt for two days. But the chef special dishes stood out though it's one dish per day.

The location of this place is great. Nice greenery around and an enjoyable weather. Pros: * Clean rooms * Excellent facilities * Good adventure activities, specifically outdoor which had wall climbing and rope activities. Due to travelling with an infant, we couldn't find time to do this activity. It definitely looked cool and worth trying. Note that charges are different for members, member guests and non members. * Fun activities each day like dance workshop, housie night, DJ night etc * Indoor activities included a nice space for kids with trampoline, slides and more * Swimming pool Cons: * Video games here are chargeable. The person at the video games stall did give us a few more free coins which seemed like a nice gesture * Food - The 3 meal all inclusive package is around 2k+18% taxes for members which we found to be on the pricier side. The food is not extremely great for the price. Pretty much standard buffet menu that you would find at any other resort. Overall it was a good holiday experience as the staff are pretty courteous and they help make your stay quite pleasant.

Location is really beautiful, including the property. Rooms are average with smaller bathrooms. Overall service is very slow and Room service is even worse, they've provided cutlery in the room they provide food in a box and by the time food gets to you become cold, even for cleaning the room they take ages to attend. Other than that, property and activities are fun and enjoyable.

We had a wonderful stay at Club Mahindra Virajpet! The property itself beautiful, offering a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere. The amenities were excellent, from the pool, spa etc, there was plenty to enjoy for everyone. The food was delicious with a good variety of options, and the service we received was warm and welcoming throughout our stay. Although it did feel like the property was a bit understaffed at times, it was a fantastic experience overall and we would love to visit again!
