I wouldn't recommend anyone even venturing here....the place sucks....the rooms are pathetic...the bathrooms are dirty.... spit marks all over the place...dirty linens, pillow covers...and the super part the have blankets that will only cover your half body so you pull it up the legs are out...never seen or been to such a pathetic hotel in my life....the whole hotel stinks...their TV's don't work, no wifi, not hot water....I didn't seem to understand what was working in this hotel except for the staff who looked like they hadn't seen guests in donkey's years.... whoever built this place forgot that they need things to work for guests to come back...guess he/she doesn't understand the word repeat business. Anyways in a nut shell don't even bother looking at going to this place even in the most dire situation...it isn't just worth it.

Worst experience because we have purchased few cards of 2500 rs but when we went and asked for the complimentary drink which where free as per the purchased cards, they ignored saying that they don't have milk for coffee. And there is no A.C. service they made us to sit near the table fan and eat the things which are limited.

We had booked 3 rooms for the family, and when we arrived at the hotel to check in, we had a horrible experience. There was no receptionist available on the ground floor and even no boy available to take the luggage, not even any guard to give directions. To meet the receptionist, were told to go to 2nd floor, but the only lift available was not working and was out of order. After a long wait, we returned to the city, very dejected about the harrowing experience.

Stinky bathroom, no hot water, no breakfast available not even tea, no bills provided, asking for checkout at 6 AM. Overall a very bad experience. To costly rooms for room quality and service.

One of the worse resort or stay never ever visit this especially don't plan to visit here with families never

The hotel was closed for Months now it's has been reopened rooms are very good taste as been improved and the taste of food is also good but they must make spicy little according to north Karnataka
