Akathalam Family Restaurant

We went to this restaurant for having dinner. No other customers are there other than us. We ordered Puttu, Chicken 65 and Beef Roast. They provide us chicken roast instead of Beef. When we ask to the supplier, he replaced the chicken roast with beef roast. The beef roast they provide for us is too bad. There is some bad smell in the beef roast and beef pieces was too bad. The beef roast which they provide is looks like atleast 3 to 4 days old. We left from the restaurant without having the food without any arguments with the restaurant and paid the bill also even without having a single bite. We don't expect these kind of food from this spot which is situated inside the famous Ramavarma club. Worst experience we ever had.

Poor customer service. Came to take the parcel and the restaurant mad me wait one hour for food.There was one customer snd soon after he left they turned off the Ac even-though i was sitting there. I was sweating and asking for updates of the order. Only the guy taking the order was friendly enough to follow up with the restaurant. Why running the restaurant service if you cant give proper service to the customer. Utter waste and the people dijing was also posses of
