I had an exquisite experience at Classic Regency Alapuzha! The clean and classy interior exudes sophistication, and the valet parking made my visit stress-free. Ample and spacious parking added to the convenience. The staff was exceptionally friendly, enhancing the warm atmosphere. The tasty food surpassed my expectations, and the live music provided a delightful backdrop to the dining experience.

The food was really good other than all fish items. I would recommend others to try chicken and vegetable dishes, but stay away from sea food dishes. The fish was very old and it tasted like paper. Not sure why the chef is still serving the seafood item if the quality is not met. It looked like it was kept frozen for a longer period of time.

Today we wanted to have breakfast from rasoi. but since they didn't had delivery available i called the restaurant directly and requested. To my amusement we got everything well packed and well coordinated. Kudos to the responsible staff whom even called back to see we got our order. I am totally impressed by the responsibility they showed. This is the service we expect and most of the times we don't get from other places. been to the restaurant and coffee shop @classic regency many times and they never failed to provide the best. Thanks a ton you guys made our day beautiful.

I think they Should hire a North Indian Chef for making North Indian food If they Already have a North indian chef who makes North Indian food then they should consider replacing him. I ordered a Dal Makhani that tastes like Stale food.
