Himalaya Bake & More

We only ordered 9 tea and 9 samosa. They served samosa initially and later 15 minutes they gave us 5 tea and rest of others waited another 15 minutes to get tea. The restaurant was not neat. Washrooms are below average. Spacious restaurant. Overall not good. Better to stick with any other restaurants.

I had a highly unsatisfactory dining experience a few days ago. Our order, which included standard rice and prawn roast meals, arrived after an unacceptable delay and was incorrect; we received fish curry meals instead. The fish curry, which appeared to be catfish, was of poor quality. The prawn roast contained an insufficient quantity of prawns (approximately 9-12 pieces) and was excessively spicy. Even the rasam was overly spicy. The total cost of Rs. 700 for two meals and one prawn roast was exorbitant, especially considering the substandard quality. I will not be returning to this place.

I dont understand how himalaya Bake & more got some of the 5 * and 4 * reviews.if you want the food, order the food at least two hours before you want the food .. the lady staff in the cash counter of the bakery is very rude.. the hygiene is pathetic.. we can get good food from the small shops in front of the bake & more. The owner should teach the staff how to deal with the customers .. only if he wishes to bring his property to the next level.

There is no menu for Snacks. When asked what are available they said only four items. I was under the assumption that they only served those 4. I ordered one out of those 4. Later I found another customer being served with a snack that is not mentioned. I felt like why was that not told and I could have ordered that. Well the moral of the story is Keep a menu in the table and train the staffs properly.

Visited this restaurant recently. They didn't have a menu, but the manager, Suresh, listed a few options, which was fine. When I asked what curries came with the rice/thali, his response was quite rude "Don't you know what curries are in a thali?" I found that very disrespectful. Food and ambiance were okay, but Manager's attitude spoiled the experience.

We always go to Himalaya bake whenever we come to kreupasanam. Even though a bit expensive but the quality is good. We had ordered Tea, Mango shake and chocolate icecream. As usual everything was good and hygiene was maintained. Whenever we eat, we are always satisfied with their quality of products being served.

The experience at this restaurant was deeply disappointing. The portions were small, leaving us feeling unsatisfied and questioning the value for money. To make matters worse, the food took an unreasonably long time to arrive, despite the restaurant not being particularly busy. When it finally did, the quality was far below expectations - bland flavors, poorly cooked dishes, and a lack of freshness in the ingredients. Overall, it was a frustrating experience that I wouldn't recommend to anyone.

I saw the Himalaya logo and instantly thought "quality". But I was really disappointed to say that I got a worm from the veg curry that I ordered. They took it back and served another curry, but the table sitting beside me was eating the same batch of veg curry and they did not even bother to check in on them or take their dish back. The experience was really baffling and in this era of quality and hygiene, I would urge everyone to stay away from this place. I have attached the image here as well.
