A place i have been visiting when ever i am back to alappuzha. Many many years back when i used to visit here during my school days, it was all same.. same people same food. After all these time, having dosa with chammady, mulaku and rasa vada is a must and never get bored. Still keeping the same quality. Must go place for dosa in a different way

It's all about delicious and freshly cooked dishes, don't expect a regular restaurant experience as it's a small place with a few tables. The best dosa in town since my school days, and even this day the taste remains the same. The place is always crowded and that says it all. Highly recommended if your priority is tasty food and not the ambience.

The food is genuinely delicious and prices are reasonable, and the service is excellent. They serve very fast and are very cooperative, However this place is overcrowded. Sometimes one will have to stand behind the people having food for securing a seat. You have to wait a little bit to get a seat. You must try Rasavada from here.

Quality food at a reasonable price

Had food from the cafe based on the suggestion from a friend. Food was nice even though the menu is limited to few items. Gone there in a rush time and they were only selling few items like dosas, vadas and omelette only. Had to wait like 10-15 minutes for a seat. After watching the crowd i realised I was lucky enough to get that. Usually people had to wait 20-30 minutes during the peak time. So if you are with your whole family good luck with finding a table for yourselves. Also the accessibility to the cafe is limited. Only two wheelers can enter the narrow road. If you are in your cars you may have to park in the main road (which may lead to penalties by police). Also the sitting space is limited, couldn't sit properly with three people sitting in a two person table.(this may change during non peak hours) For all that efforts the food was good. Had dosa with rasa vada and a good omelette. Also the place is pocket friendly. Thanks VNS cafe for the good food.
