CEEYLON BAKE HOUSE

I visited this hotel with a group of 15 people. Initially, when we went to wash our hands, there was no water available, and they were bringing water in a large vessel typically used for cooking. The hotel board and bill indicated that it was air-conditioned, but the AC didn't work. The food provided was subpar; even the chappatis and parottas we ordered were not hot, and the Gobi curry was not cooked or boiled properly. When we informed the waiter, he became defensive and refused to acknowledge the issue, claiming that the chappatis and parottas were not hot due to the AC, despite it not working. The hot water they provided was served from the same jug used for washing hands. The plates provided were not cleaned properly. The food was overpriced and not cooked correctly. I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel.Additionally, they didn't provide mugs when serving water in vessels, and they didn't offer a menu card to customers. This was a thoroughly unsatisfying experience. It was the first time I've visited a hotel with no water available No option to provide 0 Star hence giving 1 star as ratings.

Easily accessible, enough parking, less number of seats, food taste average. Only one waiter is serving, very slow, attitude is very bad. Takes a long time to serve food, even drinking water also. If you are hungry, please don't prefer, because they will not give you food even after you die with hunger. Receptionist also not cooperative.

The Rate of Paneer butter masala is too more from expected... Food is avg and you can try on your own wish... No one is there when we are in. Try at own risk..

Overall good quality food. 1. Mixed fried rice - that was very good . Pepper chicken - chicken was tender and had the flavour very well. Shawarma - it was good. Beef roast - felt like the salt was a bit high although the meat was soft. Appam- okay

Very basic ambiance, just table & chair, food tasted good but not worth the price. Recommend when you're short of time & not many options left. Recommended food Chicken fried rice, roti & chapathi.

Avoid this place. Hygiene is a complete disaster. They don't seem to have a single cleaning staff on duty. While the dining area looks presentable with good lighting, the rest of the place tells a very different story. The hand wash area, washrooms--it's like their staff hasn't checked on them in years. It's shocking how little attention they pay to cleanliness outside the main dining space.

Food is tasty, but price is uncertain. Biggest concern is that they don't exhibit the price list. They don't want you to ask the price. They are not interested in replying to the customer's queries on price. If you are lucky you will get good food at reasonable prices. If you don't ask for the price you have to regret. Even after eating a good dish, people who have self respect will definitely feel ashamed of taking a wrong choice of a predatory restaurant. My suggestion is that if the restaurant serves good food they should also show the price list to the public. It is customer's right to know the price. If any business people hesitate to tell the price of the food or service they are catering, I strongly believe it is bad. It is an organized crime.
