Orange Family Restaurant A/C

One word to say Awesome in all aspects. The service person was very polite and supportive. The food was extraordinary..When I visited it was about 9 PM and I ordered Butter Chicken with Kerala Porota. The quantity and Quality of the food was very good. One butter chicken can be served among two people. We were three people and the bill was not costly at all. Once again let me tell you all that it was very tasty. The restaurant is located on the first floor and their bakery is located on the ground floor. The wash area and the toilets are kept clean and neat. The location of the restaurant is just opposite the Angamali KSRTC bus station..During the night time the view from the restaurant is awesome. All the inter state buses have a stop at this place. I do recommend this restaurant to everyone.

The worst customer service. Never go here for food. Waiters act so stupid that they do not even want getup and take the orders. Such a bad restaurent.

The worst food experience I ever had.... Very bad.... service also very poor not satisfied.

Really poor customer service. Behavior towards customer should be improved. They're not even interested in taking the orders. We were asked to change our seats for their staffs to have their food even though there were vacant seats available.Cleanliness is not upto the mark.

pathetic service and pathetic hotel, this is one of the worst hotels i have ever been, the waiters i er here wont even give you a minimum respect they will make you sit there for hours and won't even take the order, and if it happens to place the order it will take another hour to get your food, it will literally make you feel like you go to there kitchen and cook food for your self, the waiters have the attitude like you went to their hotel to have free food from them, never ever i will suggest anyone to go here ,

Although your customers won't love you if you give bad service, your competitors will.

We had a very pleasant lunch at a reasonable price at Orange. Chatti biriyani was ahead. Chicken noodles had a little too much black. pepper but it was still tasty. I don't recommend the cutlets because it looks like they've been frozen and reheated. Milkshakes and black forest cake or absolutely delicious.
