Hotel Aroor Residency

The hotel is easy to find, they've got small parking spaces. The pricing how ever is a little on the higher end when you compare to other hotels of the class. The rooms were clean, food was great and the atmosphere is indeed good. Rooms were spacious and clean good for a family.

I was a regular customer of Aroor Residency till December 2024..and was satisfied with the price and the services they have provided...but today after 3 months I had a bad experience. I was shocked to see a sudden and significant increase in the price of Veg meal which is not even mentioned in the Menu.. In the menu the price for Veg Meal is 150 Rs. but I was asked to pay the bill of 180 Rs.. and also the service was unfair..When I asked for extra curry They told it's finished.. and when I asked for parcel they said they will give the meal... As a regular customer, I felt this was unfair ..

We had hosted my kids birthday party at AR, everything was well arranged food was of good quality in perfect quantity, audio was perfect, room was also well done. Staff was very polite from the security, Receptionist was a well behaved guy. Only problem was with the GM who doesnt know how to handle customers. I have never seen such an egoistic person in any hotel. He totally spoils the complete charm. When I checked with staffs, all the staffs said he is an arrogant guy. It would be better if management takes a corrective action in this respect. When I just checked with my friends, there have been similar irritating incidents from the same person. I think he is good at work but bad in behaviour.

We ordered meals from the restaurant and it was really good. Food was delicious and not very spicy as preferred. We also got a chance to meet Annie who prepared the food for us. Overall we had a great experience and would recommend this place to everyone.

worst experience, very bad hostility, no safety measures, best hotel for drunker & robber's, hotel management doesn't even consider the safety of their guest , also they will not respond to their guest. life threatening experience, consider before booking

Restaurant staff is very polited and very friendly good one mrs aani chef food is very yummy expectioly thali meals very tasty

Worst place , worst service , they even put expired items in the room , staff doesn't respond to you in time , they say complementary breakfast and doesn't provide they charge for everything adding gst even for bed
