Hotel Bright

Though i trave this route multiple times in a month its my first tym trying out this restaurant after my cab drivers recommendation. Its one gem of a place for highway traveller to be honest. Visited for lunch and the ambiance was the first satisfaction i got. Perfect lighting and table arrangements with perfectly blend ceiling and wall designs. Ordered chicken and mutton biryani, chicken and mutton soup, honey glazed chicken wings, alfaham, butter naan and their signature mutton chutty curry. Everything was simply delicious and of good quantity and quality. Chutty curry stands out with its flavours and aroma... No wonder its their best dish. Tender well cooked juicy pieces and flavourful rice made chicken and mutton biryani the next standout. Chicken wings itself was really tasty that i felt honey glazing decreased it taste. Chicken soup was the only slight disappointment as it was extra sour according to my liking. Pricing was really reasonable for the quality of food service and cleanliness they offer. It was an exceptional dining experience i got after a long time on highway tours. Bright was able to satisfy my tummy and mind equally.

Hotel Bright is at a perfect location with good parking facilities. The food is spectacular and delicious. Quality is not compromised. The only drawback I felt was the usage of conditioner. They were switched off. Probably conserving energy due to our frequent hike in prices by our well beloved government. The most important factor is the delicious food and presentation. Marvellous !!

Nice ambiance, and the food was good. We tried the beef fry, chapati, and chicken varatharachathu. The chapati was a bit hard, and the beef didn't meet our expectations in terms of taste, but it was still good. The chicken varatharachathu had a nice, rich flavor.

First of all, I appreciate the ambience of the hotel. They were playing old classic malayalam songs in a low voice which adds taste to the food served. It was an amazing feeling! Food was also satisfying. They also have a good collection of books for the customers to read.

Amazing food at very reasonable prices. The service isn't great, but it's okay. I tried their tandoori chicken, mixed fried rice, and biryani. The tandoori chicken was incredibly spicy and juicy. The mixed fried rice was authentic, with a blend of seafood and meat. I loved the flavor and quantity as well. Definitely worth a visit.. give it a try!

A 5/5 for taste A 3/5 for quantity A decent, not so affordable restaurant on the main road. Taste and presentation is good. I had chilly chicken, porotta and a chicken varatharacha curry.

Tasty Food & Ambiance! Visited today and had a wonderful experience! Lovely atmosphere, neat, and clean Good and attentive staff . Food prices are steep, but Menu card clearly mentions prices, so no complaints from me!
