Hotel Savithri

I stayed at the SAVITHRI Hotel in Attingal-Trivandrum, Kerala, India, from January 8, 2025, to January 25, 2025.|This establishment, which presents itself in its brochures as a "Luxury Business Class Hotel," is, in reality, a terribly filthy hotel, infested with cockroaches. Food is left in the hallways for over 12 hours. The bar and restaurant are disgustingly dirty: the tables are never cleaned, and the tablecloths, already stained on the first day, remain unchanged until the last, accumulating even more dirt and food debris.|The reception hall is just as neglected, with trash left uncollected for more than three days. The staff, supposedly assigned to the reception, seem to take on various roles within the hotel, but in reality, they spend their time watching television or scrolling through their phones, completely indifferent to the work that needs to be done. Present, but providing no service.|Throughout my stay, I repeatedly requested that my room be cleaned: sweeping and mopping the floor, changing the sheets and pillowcases when they were dirty. But in 17 days, the bed sheets were never changed. As for the pillowcases, despite placing them on the floor myself to indicate they needed replacing, they were never changed either. I genuinely doubt that the word "hygiene" is even part of their vocabulary.|Basic amenities that a hotel should provide--clean glasses, towels, a functioning air conditioner, potable water--were systematically missing. Every evening, I had to fight just to get a single towel and drinking water.|I strongly advise against this hotel. The well-being of the guests does not interest them in the slightest, and they even seem bothered by their presence. The manager, for his part, carefully avoids any confrontation and disappears whenever the blatant filth and lack of hygiene in his establishment are brought up.|No professionalism whatsoever. It is simply scandalous.

I went to Trivandrum to attend a wedding, this was my first time in the city, Savithri hotel is around 15 something kilometres away from the domestic airport, I checked in late in the night (2:30am), they were so cooperative, the check in was hassle free, the location is safe (especially when I was travelling alone), the staff here is super friendly, even though their was bit of a language barrier they did their best to understand and attend to all the requests made. The rooms were so spacious, clean and very well lit. If anyone is travelling to Attingal area I'd recommend this hotel to them.

Poor in cleanliness. The corridors is dirty. No security even to open the gate. The towels are brownish in colour. The toilets stinks. The front desk staff looks haggard and messy. The bedsheet are stained.

This was the only decent hotel we could find in attingal. This place was closer to varkala and jatayu earth centre. Hence we chose this place as the hotels in varkala were all booked during the Christmas time. The staff is kind and supportive.

We stayed here for 2 days a few months ago. Unclean, old, dusty, disgusting rooms that lack basic facilities! The air conditioning didn't work properly. The bedsheets were dirty and stained (even after requesting them to change the sheets). The bathroom was unclean and smelly. Their restaurant is a joke, the food is barely edible. Absolutely would not recommend this hotel!

Nice experience at Bar but there is only limited brands of liquor are available. The customers have to satisfy with the items which are available there and if we ask for our brads the service boy shall simply reply not available

Extremely bad customer service and pathetic rooms. Not clean and Ac was not working
