Hotel Kallely's Park Inn , Main Road, South Chalakudy, Thrissur Dist, Kerala

I stayed at this hotel with my family and overall, we had a decent experience. The food was quite good, the location is convenient, and the room service was prompt and efficient. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the overall cleanliness of the hotel was impressive. However, as a non-smoker, I was very disappointed to find people smoking on the second floor where we stayed. The smell of smoke was circulating inside the premises, which made it very uncomfortable for us. Smoking inside a closed building is not acceptable and should be strictly prohibited. I believe hotel management needs to enforce this policy more effectively to ensure a comfortable stay for all guests. This issue significantly affected our experience, which is why I'm giving a 3-star rating despite the otherwise good service and facilities.

How they will get permission for construction of such small size rooms? Width of room is just 8.5 feet, length ok. Facilities and ambience are good. Had complimentary breakfast fast which is ok. Receptionist don't know about MAP..surprise..

Had lunch at the restaurant, horrible service. No water served, has to request for each and everything. The waiters were like standing with no clue. The food tasted good. Ample parking space next to the building.

Over all hotel ambiance, parking space, service, food all are good the only think negative i went to the ac bar one mrs lady name called mini is only the negative for the hotel i thinks she is the bigest disaster for the hotel, negative behavior

Bad hygenic...The plastic box used to serve ice cubes in your executive lounge bar is washed in the toilet washroom... that's a very unhygienic arrangement

Experienced a very good positive feelings while staying in this hotel. Ample sunlight, good view of the town, easy access to the infrastructure are added qualities.

The executive bar in second floor is good. It has the best drinking ambience in Chalakudy. The food is also good there. But don't go for the local bar or the a/c bar on first floor. Not tidy in there. Edited review. Adulteration is an issue. Visited the A/C bar on first floor today and ordered BP gold whiskey. The smell and taste seemed odd and I even asked the waiter to smell the same and he said its 'okay'. Doesn't seem right for me. It gives you the kick, but what it would do to your health is a matter of concern. Deducting a star.

We had booked their banquet hall for a function. The facilities and food were good for the price we paid. But the only negative remark we have is regarding their inefficient management, including levying extra payments for using their lift for shifting decoration materials, which was not pre- informed.
