Empire Residency is one of the best hotels in the Chengannur locality. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the stay comfortable and pleasant. The rooms are well-maintained, clean, and spacious -- perfect for both short and extended stays. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area!

Delightful Dining Experience at Empire Residency My friend and I recently had lunch at Empire Residency, a unique no-menu restaurant, and it was a delightful experience. The concept of not having a physical menu was intriguing, and our server, who humorously described himself as the menu, took our order with ease and charm. We ordered chapathi, beef roast, green salad, and vegetable fried rice. The server's quick wit and detailed descriptions of the dishes made the ordering process enjoyable and seamless. His recommendations were spot on, adding to the overall positive experience. The food arrived promptly, and we were pleased with both the quantity and quality. The chapathis were soft and perfectly cooked, providing an excellent base for the rich and flavorful beef roast. The beef was tender and seasoned to perfection, making it a standout dish. The green salad was fresh and crisp, offering a refreshing contrast to the rich beef roast. The vegetable fried rice was another highlight of our meal. It was well-cooked, with a good mix of vegetables, and had a delightful balance of flavors. The portion sizes were generous, ensuring that we left the table fully satisfied. Overall, Empire Residency offers a unique dining experience with excellent food and outstanding service. The quick-witted and knowledgeable server, made our lunch memorable. Four stars for an impressive and enjoyable meal.

A bar and restaurant. The services at bar was just below average. The restaurant is of Jungle theme and there is a play area available for small kids. Food in the restaurant is good.

Positives: 1. This place was nice, spacious and clean to stay.. 2. The staffs were really friendly. They even served breakfast for us on special request. 3. Food we ordered from the attached restuarant was one of the best.. the whole family enjoyed it a lot!! Improvements: For the sake of the guests, the below points could have been mentioned earlier during booking itself. 1. There was some renovations happening throughout our stay. Lots of dust everywhere and varnish smells, even inside the room. 2. Lifts were not functioning due to the reno work for 2 days, ( we booked this hotel for lift facility as elders stayed with us). 3. Last but not least, we accidentally broke a lid of tea pot (served inside the room). We had to pay rs. 500 additionally to the final bill(approx Rs. 14,000) for that.

Little Away from the busy town with bar restaurant. To reach local bar, you need to climb a steep ladder which will be dangerous after few peg. AC bar is bit small with limited seats. Recommended smiling staff please

Rooms are little bit conjugated. The manager around is not listening or caring about the situations happening around there. Thanks to service and help desk guys for rerouting my whole vacation trip. It is very helpful. Food compare to others are good. Costly for rooms and restaurant. Overall nice and great experience in this hotel. Convention area is very large and neat and clean surroundings
